Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a compressor by strengthening a vane tip portion by means of a complex hardening film consisting of a ceramic coating layer and a nitrification treatment layer underneath it, bringing this into slide contact with the outer periphery of a roller formed of high alloy steel or the like, and preventing the wear of both. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1 compresses the gas in a cylinder 4 by rotating a roller 6 fitted to the eccentric portion of a shaft 2 to be subjected to motor rotation while the roller 6 is coming into contact with the inner periphery of a cylinder 4 and the tip of a vane 7. In this case, the roller 6 is formed of alloy steel whose surface hardness shows the value of HV800-2000 and which contains vanadium, chrome, molybdenum and tungsten, or carbon steel or the like on whose surface a nickel phosphorus compound plating layer containing carbonized silicon corpuscles is formed. Meanwhile, the vane 7 is made of a sintered material of an iron system or alloy steel containing chrome, and nitrification treatment is administered at the tip portion, and a chemical compound layer of iron, chrome and nitrogen is formed, and then formation is carried out by administering the ceramic coating of nitrified chrome on the tip portion surface alone.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a compressor in optimizing a sliding material for the compressor using a specific coolant by forming the base material of a piston pin with hardened steel, and simultaneously applying nickel composite platings, having a specific composition, onto the surface. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 2 pressed in a rotor 3 is rotated by a motor consisting of this rotor 3 and a stator 4, a piston 7 reciprocates in the inner part of a cylinder 6 via a connecting rod 5 consisting of an aluminum alloy and a piston pin 10. In consequence, compressed gas consisting of coolants 1 and bitetrafluoroethane is condensed in the inner part of a space 9 to be formed by the piston 7 and the cylinder 6. In a compressor like this, a base material 10a of the piston pin 10 is made up of hardened steel. In succession, a nickel composite plating layer 10b made up of mixing fine grains 10c of poly tetrafluoroehtylene 10 to 35 volume% in a matrix alloy made of nickel as the main ingredient are installed on a surface of the base material 10a.

SOLUTION: An oil stirring plate 32 immersed in an oil 2 is rotated to form a rotational flow in the oil 2, whereby a cylinder 31 is cooled because a heat exchange portion 31a of the cylinder 31 immersed in the oil 2 is heat-exchanged with the oil 2 to cause lower temperature rise of a cooling medium gas sucked in the cylinder 1 to provide high refrigerating ability and efficiency.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor provided with bearing structure preventing the wear of a thrust sliding face when the internal temperature of the compressor is high and reducing sliding loss of a thrust sliding face when the internal temperature of the compressor is low. SOLUTION: A thrust washer 30 of such structure that contact area decreases with the drop of internal temperature of a compressor and that contact area increases with the rise of internal temperature of the compressor is provided between a flange face 20 and a thrust face 21. With this constitution, the viscosity of refrigerator oil is lowered by the rise of internal temperature of the compressor, and in the case of a thrust sliding face being in a boundary lubricating area from mixing, the contact area increases, so that load per unit area decreases, and an oil film is easily formed to prevent wear. When the viscosity of refrigerator oil is heightened by the drop of internal temperature of the compressor, and in the case of the thrust sliding part being in a fluid lubricating area, the contact area decreases, so that load per unit area increases to reduce sliding loss.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a freezer/refrigerator by preventing the occurrence of foaming in a compressor, namely, the discharge of a lubricant to the outside of the compressor by the foaming particularly when the power supply is made and, at the same time, to prevent the durability deterioration of the compressor due to lubricant deficiency in the compressor. SOLUTION: A freezer/refrigerator is provided with an intra-freezer temperature detecting means 2 which detects the temperature in the freezer of the freezer/refrigerator, a heating means 4 which is positioned to heat a lubricant 19 melted by means of a refrigerant in the bottom section of a compressor 1, and a control means 3 which controls the heating means 14 to secure a required amount of lubricant in the compressor 1 based on the temperature in the freezer detected by means of the detecting means 2. Consequently, the reliability of the freezer/refrigerator can be improved, because the discharge of the lubricant 19 to the outside from the compressor 1 by foaming can be reduced and the required amount of lubricant 19 can be secured in the compressor 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable refrigerant compressor by optimizing an assembly lubricant used at the time of the assembly of the refrigerant compressor so as to prevent the sliding parts in the refrigerant compressor from being initially worn at the start of the compressor and by suppressing the starting failure of the refrigerant compressor and the occurrence of substances clogging a cooling system. SOLUTION: A refrigerant compressor is structured so that 50 capacity % distillation temperature is 400 deg.C or higher and it uses a synthetic fluid base oil having an ether or carbonate structure in its molecules as an assembly lubricant. In this case, it is better to use the assembly lubricant containing at least one or more organic phosphoric acid compounds of 0.01 to 1.0 wt.% between acid phosphoric acid ester and phosphorous acid ester. Thus the initial wear inside a refrigerant compressor at the start of the compressor can be prevented, and the starting failure and the occurrence of substances clogging a cooling system can be suppressed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease the abrasion loss in using of refrigerant having inferior lubricating performance by forming a cylinder an aluminum alloy casting, and casting a preform of a formed ceramics body into a sliding surface with a piston. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 4 pressed in a rotor 2 is supported on a bearing 5 and rotated by a motor composed of the rotor 2 and a stator 3, a piston 8 reciprocates in a cylinder 11. In a space 10 formed by the piston 8 and the cylinder 11, gaseous refrigerant HFC-134a is sucked and compressed. At this time, the cylinder 11 13 formed out of an aluminum alloy casting, and a material in which a preform of a foamed ceramics body having the porosity of 70 to 90% is casted is used for the inner peripheral surface to be slid with the piston 8. Thereby, mechanical strength of the cylinder is uniformly improved while securing heat radiating performance, and the abrasion loss on the contact part of the cylinder with the piston can be decreased.

Or formation is carried out of what is a base material that consists of alloy steel or a sintered material of an iron system and is injected with chrome ion and then on whose tip portion surface the ceramic coating of nitrified chrome is a deministered. As a result, the improvement of surface hardness and the close sticking quality of the ceramic coating layer is realized.
