CONSTITUTION:This refrigerant comprises an open air temperature detector 11 which detects an open air temperature, a temperature detector 1 which detects an internal temperature, a compressor 3, a quick refrigeration switch 4 which forcibly operates the compressor 3, a time integration device 6 which integrates a specified time in continuous operation mode and a control device 10 after quick freezing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a stabilized inside temperature at all times by a method wherein the time of opened condition of a damper for a refrigerating chamber is counted to change a temperature whereat the high-speed rotation of a fan is started. CONSTITUTION:The opening and/or closing of a damper 8 are controlled in accordance with the detecting temperature of a refrigerating chamber temperature detecting means 10 detecting a temperature in a refrigerating chamber 3 and a time during the opened condition of the damper 8 is counted by a timer 26 to change the rotating number of a fan 6 by a rotating number control means 22. When a temperature in a freezing chamber 2 is increased and becomes higher than a set value, the fan 6 is operated with an usual rotation and a compressor 4 is also operated. In this case, a period of time of the timer 26 which counts the opening time of the damper 8 is longer than a predetermined period of time, a temperature whereat the high-speed rotation of the fan 6 is started is lowered slightly to bring the fan into the high-speed operation thereof quickly. Thus, the temperature of a freezing chamber 2 upon a high load can be moved to a range of a set temperature quickly in a short period of time even when a cooler 5 is clogged.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dew-condensation by judging large frosting amount of a cooler if a damper exceeds its continuous 'opening' time with respect to a set value, and operating an evaporation proceeding blower in synchronization with the rotation of a rotary compressor up to next defrosting after next defrosting from that time. CONSTITUTION:An evaporation controller 24 has a timer 25, an AND circuit 26, a transistor 27, and a relay coil 28, and the output of a terminal (a) of a defrosting controller 16 is input to the circuit 26 and the timer 25. The output of a terminal (b) of the controller 16 is input to the timer 25. The timer 25 continuously generates an 'H' signal up to the end of next defrosting after next defrosting to the circuit 26 when the damper 40 of a motor driven damper 28 is arrived at predetermined continuous 'opening' time. The output of the circuit 26 becomes an 'H' signal according to the 'H' signal from the timer 25 and an 'H' signal (i.e., during operation of a rotary compressor 6) from the controller 16, and an evaporation proceeding blower 30 is operated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce air passage resistance and to remedy the uneven distribution of temperature in a refrigerator by a method wherein a delivery opening part is formed in the side wall of a partition plate by which the interior of a freezing chamber is partitioned, and a cold air discharge port is formed in a position where the partition plate makes contact with a duct cover. CONSTITUTION:Cold air cooled by a cooler 5 and fed with the aid of a blower is delivered in a freezing chamber 2 through a first delivery port 14 of a duct cover 7. Further, cold air delivered through a second delivery port 17 of the duct cover 7 flows through a partition plate and is delivered in a freezing chamber 2 through opening parts 16a and 16b formed in the side walls of partition plates 13a and 13b, and returned to a cold air suction port 15. Since a space formed with the partition plates 13a and 13b forms a delivery air passage, a delivery port more than necessary is ensured, delivery air passage resistance is reduced, and enough cooling performance is provided. Moreover, since an opening part is also formed in the side wall of the partition plate and forms a cold air delivery port, uneven distribution of temperature in the freezing chamber 2 is remedied.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an extension of defrosting time due to an increased amount of frosting in a cooling unit in case of high cooling load and further prevent an increasing of temperature when defrosted by a method wherein in addition to performing a regular defrosting with a first timer, a defrosting is carried out from a continuous 'opened' time of a damper with a second timer. CONSTITUTION:A first timer 40 may generate an 'H' output at a specified time interval and continue to generate an 'L' signal during other time intervals. When the 'H' output is generated, a defrosting heater 48 is energized, a cooling unit 6 is defrosted and a compressor 26 and an air blower 7 are stopped. If a bimetal 39 reaches a predetermined temperature, an energization of the defrosting heater 47 is turned OFF and the compressor 26 and the air blower 7 are operated. The first timer 40 is zero cleared, and outputted again after a specified time elapses. The second timer 42 may generate an 'H' signal when a continuous 'open' time of a damper 13 of an electric damper 11 elapsed for a certain period of time. Subsequently, in the same manner as that of the first timer, upon completion of the defrosting operation, the compressor 26 and the air blower 7 are operated again and then the second timer 42 is zero cleared.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform high-reliable control of defrost and to prevent the increase of temperature in a refrigerator due to prolongation of a defrosting time when an amount of frost formed to a cooler is increased to a value exceeding a necessary value by providing a controller to vary a defrosting interval by decision of the magnitude of a cooling load. CONSTITUTION:A first timer 40 integrates the running time of a compressor 26. A defrost controller 44 has a second timer 42 integrating the continuous 'OPENING' time through utilization of a phenomenon in which a motor damper in a refrigerating chamber 9 is brought into an 'OPENING' state as a result of an amount of frost formed to a cooler being increased resulting from an increase in a cooling load and a cold air circulating amount being decreased resulting from an increase in cold air ventilation resistance and the heat exchanger effectiveness of a cooler being also lowered. when a cooling load increasing condition (for example, when a door is left opened and a door is frequently opened and closed) is present at an interval at which defrosting is effective by a first timer 40, defrosting is performed by the second timer 42 by means of the first timer and the defrost control device. This constitution provides control of defrost having reliability higher than that of conventional devices.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a supercooling of a third chamber without adding an auxiliary heater by setting the third chamber to a low temperature zone, and energizing a first heater and a second heater for preventing a top plate frosting. CONSTITUTION: A cold air to a third chamber 9 is discharged from a cold air discharge port 29 provided forward of a top plate 22. When the chamber 9 is at the low temperature zone, a blower is energized at the time of stopping. And a first heater 26 to be energized when a quick freezing switch 28 is operated and a second heater 27 continuously energized when the chamber 9 is switched to a freezing temperature zone are adhered to the plate 22. And, when the third chamber is set to a low temperature zone and the freezing switch is operated, it is controlled so that the heater 27 is also energized. Thus, if the third chamber is switched to the low temperature zone and then the freezing switch is still operated, the heater 27 is energized simultaneously with the first heater, and hence supercooling in the third chamber at the time of quick freezing and freezing of the food can be suppressed.
