Abstract:
A transparent mounting sheet has a structure in which a one-sided re-peelable sheet (3), provided with a core member (3a) of a plastic film, a silicone rubber sheet (3c) that is laminated on a primer treated surface (3b) formed by one surface of the core member having been subjected to a primer treatment, and an acrylic adhesive agent layer (3d) that is laminated on the other surface of the core member, is bonded to at least one of surfaces of a gel sheet (4) by the acrylic adhesive agent layer, and this transparent mounting sheet is used so that a protective panel for an electronic apparatus display window is mounted on a surface of a display in a manner so as to be re-peelable.
Abstract:
A touch panel assembly, wherein, a touch panel (10) without a reinforcement member is used to reduce the thickness of the touch panel itself, a positioning part for the touch panel (10) is provided on a housing frame (50) integrally supporting the component parts of a front light unit (20) and the touch panel (10) is fixed to complement the strength of the touch panel (10) without the reinforcement member, and the deformation of the touch panel (10)produced when the touch panel (10) is pressingly operated can be reduced by a transparent cushioning member (5) disposed between the touch panel (10) and a plate-like light conductive body (22), whereby the function of the plate-like light conductive body (22) can be prevented from being lowered by the contact of the deformed touch panel (10) with the plate-like light conductive body (22) giving a damage to the plate-like light conductive body (22), and a reduction in the size of the touch panel assembly and the number of parts can be promoted without impairing the function thereof.
Abstract:
[Object] To provide a method for manufacturing a touch sensor capable of concurrently forming routed circuit patterns on both surfaces of a base film and capable of aligning the routed circuit patterns on the top and bottom surfaces with each other with high accuracy. [Solution] A method for manufacturing a touch sensor includes forming electrode patterns on both surfaces of a base film through concurrent light exposure on both surfaces and development using photosensitive electrically conductive films each including a support film, an electrically conductive layer disposed on the support film and containing an electrically conductive fiber, and a second photosensitive resin layer disposed on the electrically conductive layer. Routed circuit patterns obtained by patterning the light-shielding metal layers are formed in advance on both surfaces of the base film.
Abstract:
An upper electrode sheet (1) including a transparent electrode on a transparent polyethylene terephthalate film and a lower electrode sheet (2) including a transparent electrode on a transparent polycarbonate film are opposed with insulating spacers (3) between the electrodes. A transparent polycarbonate retainer board (5) is bonded to the lower electrode sheet (2) with a transparent adhesive layer (4).
