    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the variability of plate thickness and prevent cracks and creases generated at the time of press molding by cementing a magnetic metal plate such as iron or stainless and an aluminum or an aluminum alloy plate by means of the hot equal direction pressurizing method and press molding. CONSTITUTION:A unit consists of one piece of magnetic metal plate and two pieces of aluminum or aluminum alloy plate, and a plurality of said units are laminated through a separating material 3 having the melting point higher than that of magnetic metal, aluminum or aluminum alloy and cemented by the hot equal direction pressurizing method. As the separating material 3 at that time, a sheet-shaped material such as a ceramic sheet composed of alumina, a knit material such as a glass cloth, a cloth-like material or a powdery material or the like is used. Then, the surface of an aluminum or aluminum alloy plate 2 of a composite plate material clad per unit is coated with fluorine resin, and then pressed to manufacture an electrical heat adjusting instrument.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide fluoro-resin-coated articles such as, for example the inner pot of a rice cooking jar, which is capable of showing scales, patterns, letters and the like, without detriment to characteristics of a fluoro-resin-coated article. CONSTITUTION:Heat is locally applied to a fluoro-resin-coated article which is coated with a fluoro-resin composition containing a compound (a temperature indicating material) whose color is irreversibly changed by heating in a temperature region exceeding the sintering temperature of the fluoro-resin, or to a fluoro-resin-coated article which is coated with a fluoro-resin composition containing flake pigments coating a compound (a temperature indicating material) whose color is irreversibly changed by heating in a temperature region exceeding the sintering temperature of the fluoro-resin, at a temperature not lower than that at which the color of the temperature indicating material is changed, whereby the color of the temperature indicating material at its heated part is changed to indicate a difference between the colors at the heated and unheated parts.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance bonding properties and corrion-resistant properties by etching an aluminium or a aluminum alloy surface of a sheet on which aluminum or aluminum alloy and stainless are clad and covering the same with specified fluorine resin. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum or aluminum alloy surface of a sheet on which aluminum or aluminum alloy and stainless are clad is etched, over which fluorine resin, containing 0.5 wt. % or more to 10 wt. % or less of heat-resistant high moleculars such as polyamide image, polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide or polyethel sulfoine or a mixture of them to be used as a filler, is clad. Bonding force is enhanced by mixing the filler with the fluorine resin even for a material of poor etching properties. When said filling quantity is less than 0.5 wt. %, bonding force is not enhanced sufficiently and corrosion-resistant properties are not enhanced, either. When more than 10 wt. % is mixed in, stretching of a film is insufficient, although bonding properties is further enhanced, and local breakage of the film is generated during the press molding and corrosion-resistant properties and the like are lowered.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a fixing roller with high scratch and wear resistances by electrostatically coating the surface of a roller with a powdered mixture of an ethylene tetrafluoride-perfluoroalkoxyethylene copolymer with carbon fluoride and by baking the coat. CONSTITUTION:Powder of an ethylene tetrafluoride-perfluoroalkoxyethylene copolymer is mixed with powder of carbon fluoride in about 100:2-100:20 weight ratio. The surface of a metallic roller of Al or the like is coated with the powdered mixture by electrostatic powder coating, and the coat is melted and calcined at 330-380 deg.C. By this method the nonstickiness of the resin is increased, and a fixing roller having high scratch and wear resistances and a long life for an electrophotographic copier or facsimile is obtd.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an offset-free roller whose surface is hard to scratch, by providing an elastic material layer of fluororubber, etc., on the surface of a metallic roller and by providing a fluororesin layer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:On the external surface of a metallic roller 1 made of aluminum, stainless steel, etc., an elastic material layer 2 (0.5-1mm. thickness) of silicone rubber, fluororubber, etc., is provided and on the surface of this elastic material layer, a fluororesin layer 3 (0.1-50mum thickness) is provided. As compared with the application of fluororesin directly on a metal surface, the fluororesin surface is hard to scratch by a peeling pawl, etc. For the elastic material layer, fluororubber is favorable in terms of adhesion to fluororesin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a solar heat or other light heat collecting substance which improves a weather resistance and a corrosion resistance, by a method wherein a fluoric resin covered-layer is formed on an aluminum or a copper surface through a blackening treatment layer. CONSTITUTION:A blackening treatment is applied to an aluminum or a copper surface. For example, the copper surface is blackened by an electrolytic oxidation method by the use of natrium hydroxide and the aluminum surface by a method in which molybedenum water solution is used. A fluoric resin-covered layer is then formed on said blackened layer. The fluoric resin is excellent in a solar light transmitting property, weather resistance and durability, thereby this constitution obtains a heat collecting substance, excellent in heat absorbing property, weather resistance, durability, and a corrosion resistance.
