Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a button to be operated in a direction different from a stroke direction of an operation button without necessity of horizontal switch by providing the operation button which serves as a key member with such a mechanism that is pressed via a rotatable pressing member in a flat surface key switch. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 15 is provided in parallel to a bottom surface in a cabinet 12 of a remote controller 11, and a wiring pattern having a plural pair of contacts 16 are formed on the substrate 15. The surface of the substrate 15 is covered with a rubber sheet 17 via a predetermined gap, and conducting members 18 made of a conductive rubber are provided respectively at locations corresponding to the contacts 16 of the rubber sheet 17, and a plurality of operation buttons 13 are held opposing to them. In this case, the operation button 13a at the right side end is held by a rotatable pressing member 14, and the pressing member 14 is rotated around its supporting axis when the slope 14a of the pressing member 14 is pushed by a finger, thereby pushing the operation button 13a so that a conducting member 18a engages with a contact 16a to close the contact 16a. Accordingly, it becomes possible to operate a button in a stroke direction of a switch.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the directivity in the incident direction of infrared ray by providing a pair of parallel first and second reflection surfaces which are tilted to the light axis on a light guiding member and receiving the infrared light by a light receiving element after reflecting the incident infrared light on the reflection surface. CONSTITUTION:A light guiding member 1 is provided with a straight section 5 one end of which a light receiving surface 4 is formed and an inclination section 6 projecting upward at an angle of 45 deg.. Upper and lower parallel first reflection surfaces 7a and 7b are formed on the edge sides of the inclination section 6, and the end side is parallel to the straight section 5. The second reflection surface 8 is formed at an angle of 45 deg. to the straight section 5 on the end. An infrared ray 9 enters the straight section 5 from the light receiving surface 4 and received by the light receiving element 3 after reflected on reflection surfaces 7a, 7b and 8. At this time, the light path of the infrared light 9 can be changed by changing the angles of the reflection surfaces 7a, 7b and 8, enabling to freely change the position of the light receiving element 3.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a cassette from being dropped from a cassette holder and to prevent the titled device from misloading by forming a cassette pressing mechanism of which cassette pressers are turned to the inside of the cassette holder and a misloading preventing mechanism of which stopper part is projected by the operation of a detecting lever. CONSTITUTION: When an arm 3 is unlocked to eject the cassette C, the arm 3 moves the cassette holder 5 to an ejecting position by the energizing force of the 1st spring 4. When the cassette C is disengaged from a positioning member, the cassette C is ejected to the outside of the cassette holder 5 by the 2nd slider 23 energized by the 3rd spring 26. If the cassette C is loaded into the holder 5 without making a guide 17 correspond to a groove G, the cassette C is run on the guide 17 and separated from the bottom of the holder 5 by the width of the guide 17, so that the upper part of the cassette C pushes up the cassette pressers 28, 29 and a stopper part 34 is extruded to a position where the stopper part 34 can be engaged with the cassette C. Consequently, the leading end of the cassette C is engaged with the stopper part 34 and can be loaded. COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information related to objects and the like present in a user's field of view explicitly for the user. SOLUTION: A display system is configured to display a character image indicating guidance, such as a distance and travel direction to an intersection, and an arrow image guiding a travel lane, over an image (road or intersection image) actually visible in a driver's field of view through a windshield 20, and to adjust the display positions of the images such that they match the actually visible image in dependence on the driver's movement (driving position change or neck inclination). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve facility of an automobile in connection with a keyless entry system. SOLUTION: An individual identification system is combined with a keyless entry system of an automobile, so as to construct a keyless entry system with high security. Additionally, because one user can be specified from a plurality of users by individual identification, setting is controlled to change as soon as a door lock is released, in order to obtain a setting condition of boarding environment registered per user. Thereby, a function for automatically changing the boarding environment according to the user is added to the keyless entry system combined with individual identification. SOLUTION: This high functionality remote controller is provided with a picture input means which inputs an image related to a remote control object apparatus, a sound input mans which inputs sound information, an image display and input panel means which displays the image inputted from the picture input means and is capable of new image input, an infrared signal transmission/ reception means for signal transmission to and reception from the apparatus, a central processing unit CPU which processes signals inputted from the image input means, a sound input means, and the panel means to control transmission of a control command from the infrared signal transmission/reception means to the apparatus, and a storage device in which a program for this control and data are stored.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability of a receiver by utilizing HTML(hyper text mark-up language) information. SOLUTION: A paraboloidal antenna 2 acquires a broadcast radio wave sent from a broadcast satellite 3 and gives it to a receiver 1. A program guide information extract means 1a of the receiver 1 extracts program guide information from the signal supplied from the antenna 2. An HTML information extract means 1b extracts HTML information from the program guide information. An HTML program expansion means 1c expands the extracted HTML information into an image. A reduced image generating means 1d produces a reduced image by thinning pixels at a prescribed rate from the generated image so as to reduce the size of the image. A program attribute information extract means 1e extracts program attribute information from the program guide information. A storage means 1f stores in the reduced image and the program attribute information correlated with ach other. A reduced image output means 1g displays the reduced image and the program attribute information stored in the storage means 1f on a display device 5 correlated with each other. A processing means 1i applies prescribed processing to a display items designated by a designating means 1h.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently record data of a transfer rate lower the a recording rate or a variable rate on a tape by intermittently running the tape and record ing dummy data in a part of an unstable part at the time of starting/stopping. SOLUTION: Apersonal computer 4 takes in data of 1-10Mbps variable bit rates such as MPEG 2 from a satellite broadcast, and stores the data in a bank RAM 52 of an interface board 5. When the data of bank RAM 52 reaches a fixed amount, a bridge control part 51 sends a start signal to a recording and reproducing device 6. A mechanism control part 65 starts mechanical deck 66, and rotates a capstan to the forward for 0.8 seconds and then stops it. Dummy data provided with ID data are recorded at the same time as starting. The control part transfers data of bank RAM 52 from the start for 0.6 seconds, 0.167 seconds after start, and records them at 25Mbps by helical scanning. The dummy data with ID are recorded for the remaining 0.033 seconds before stop.
