    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance, heat-resistance and rigidity by compounding a specific graft copolymer, a modified polyolefin, a modified vinyl copolymer and a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 5-85wt.% of a graft copolymer produced by the graftpolymerization of (i) 5-80 pts.wt. of a rubber polymer with (ii) 95-20 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture composed of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer and other vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the above monomers with (B) 95-15wt.% of a modified polyolefin produced by the grafting reaction of 0.05-10 pts.wt. of an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) to 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin and compounding 100 pts.wt. of the obtained composition with (C) 3-70 pts.wt. of a modified vinyl polymer produced by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound, vinyl cyanide and an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (D) 1-50 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin.

CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 5-85wt.% of a graft copolymer produced by the graft-polymerization of (i) 5-80 pts.wt. of a rubber polymer such as polybutadiene with (ii) 95-20 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture composed of 20-90wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer such as styrene, 80-10wt.% of a vinyl cyanide monomer and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer and 0-40wt.% of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the above monomers with (B) 95-15wt.% of a polyolefin and compounding 100 pts.wt. of the obtained composition with (C) 3-70 pts.wt. of a modified vinyl polymer produced by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound, vinyl cyanide and an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (D) 1-50 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow blow-molded article excellent in permanent antistatic properties by a method wherein resin molded matter, which is produced by compounding specified polyether ester amide with polyester resin at specified compounding ratio, is blow-molded. CONSTITUTION:Polyether ester amide obtained by copolymerizing (a) amino carboxyl acid or lactam, the number of carbon atoms :in which is six or more, or the salt of diamine and dicarboxyl acid, the number of carbon atoms in which is six or more, (b) poly(alkylene oxide) glycol having the number average molecular weight of 200-6,000 and (c) dicarboxyl acid having the number of carbon atoms of 4-20 so as to obtain 10-90wt.% of polyether ester unit, is prepared. After that, resin composition, which is prepared by compounding 1-65 pts.wt. of polyether ester amide with 100 pts.wt. of polyester resin, is preferably biaxial stretch blow-molded so as to obtain the hollow molded article concerned. Further, when necessary, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of epoxy compound is added to the above-mentioned resin composition.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve mechanical properties, heat resistance, moldability, and flex resistance by compounding a thermoplastic polyester, a specific rubber- reinforced graft polymer, a vinyl polymer, and a polyester elastomer. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises 96.5-30wt.% thermoplastic polyester with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.36-1.60, 3-69wt.% rubber-reinforced graft polymer obtd. by grafting 100 pts.wt. monomer component consisting of 50-100wt.% arom. vinyl monomer and 50-0wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer in the presence of 12-80 pts.wt. nondiene rubber, 0-40wt.% vinyl polymer which is obtd. by polymerizing a vinyl monomer of the formula (wherein R1 is H or lower alkyl; and R2 is phenyl, cyano, or a 1-10C alkyl ester group) and has a tensile modulus of 4000kg/cm or higher, 0.5-40wt.% polyester elastomer with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4-2.0, and 0-20wt.% polycarbonate with a viscosity-average mol.wt. of 5000-80,000.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in mattedness, surface appearance and heat resistance by mixing a specified graft copolymer with a specified compound and a specified polyglutarimide resin in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:This composition is prepared by mixing 1-99 pts.wt. graft copolymer prepared by graft-polymerizing 95-20 pts.wt. at least one vinyl monomer selected from among an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and an alkyl unsaturated carboxylate and a mixture thereof (e.g. a mixture of styrene and acrylonitrile) in the presence of 5-80 pts.wt. rubbery polymer (e.g. polybutadiene) with 1-60 pts.wt. polyglutarimide resin (e.g. a resin obtained from polymethyl methacrylate and NH3) and 0.01-10 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. total of the former two, compound of the formula (wherein R1 is alkyl, 1-26 C alkenyl or hydroxyalkyl; R2 and R3 are each H, R1 or hydroxyalkenyl; and Y is N or CON) (e.g. N,N-dihydroxyethylstearylamine).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the blow-molded object excellent in permanent static characteristics by kneading the polyetheramide containing polyalkylene oxide glycol with the number average molecular weight of 200-6000 and the olefin copolymer containing glycidyl radical. CONSTITUTION:The polyester resin of 100 pts.wt., the polyetheramide of 1-65 pts.wt. in which the amino-carboxylic acid or the lactam with the carbon atoms of at least 6 or the salt of the diamine and carboxylic acid with the carbon atoms of at least 6, the poly(alkyleneoxide)glycol with the number average molecular weight of 200-6000 and the dicarboxylic acid with the carbon atoms of 4-20 are copolymerized so that polyetherester-unit is kept at 10-90wt.% and the olefin copolymer of 0.1-50 pts.wt. containing glycidyl radical are compounded, whereby group composition is prepared. Said group composition is blow-molded, preferably is biaxially oriented and blow-molded, whereby the hollow blow- molded object of polyester resin is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve moldability and resistance to impact, heat, and chemicals by compounding a specific graft copolymer compsn. with a polyester, an inorg. filler, and a crystallization accelerator. CONSTITUTION:90-15 pts.wt. monomer mixture comprising 50-90wt.% arom. vinyl, 9-50wt.% vinyl cyanide, and 0.001-15wt.% epoxidized vinyl monomer (e.g. glycidyl acrylate) is graft copolymerized in the presence of 10-85 pts.wt. diene rubber to give a graft copolymer, which is copolymerized with another monomer (e.g. acrylic acid) to give a graft copolymer compsn. 100 pts.wt. compsn. comprising 1-98 pts.wt. said graft copolymer or graft copolymer compsn., 1-98 pts.wt. polyester which has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.35dl/g or higher and in which terephthalic acid accounts for 50mol% or higher of the dicarboxylic acid component and ethylene glycol accounts for 50mol% or higher of the diol component, and 1-70 pts.wt. inorg. filler (e.g. a chopped strand glass fiber) is compounded with 0.01-5 pts.wt. crystallization accelerator (e.g. MgO).
