    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical strengths such as impact resistance and rigidity, exhibiting permanent antistaticity and resistant to delamination by compounding a specific polyether ester amide, a rubber grafted (co)polymer, etc., at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 1-40 pts.wt. of a polyether ester amide composed of (A1) a >=6C aminocarboxylic acid, lactam, etc., (A2) a poly(alkylene oxide)glycol having a specific number- average molecular weight and (A3) a dicarboxylic acid metal salt, etc., expressed by formula (R is H or methyl; X is H; M is Na, etc.; l is 0 or 3) and containing 10-90wt.% of polyether ester unit with (B) 1-98 pts.wt. of a graft (co)polymer produced by (co)polymerizing 1-80 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer with 99-20 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture composed of a vinyl monomer and/or a (meth)acrylate monomer, etc., and (C) 0.1-95 pts.wt. of a modified vinyl polymer containing a specific functional group, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is excellent in all of permanent antistatic property, impact resistance and heat resistance and can give a molding free from delamination, by mixing a polyamide elastomer with polyglutarimide, a functional modified vinyl polymer and a rubber grafted (co)polymer at a specified ratio.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition outstanding in impact and chemical resistances, molding processability and mold transferability, suitable for molded articles with wide choice of gloss and good appearance, by blending ABS resin, aromatic polyester resin and modified vinyl polymer.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which gives molded products having excellent gloss and has excellent antistatic properties, impact resistance and delamination resistance, by melt-kneading a specified elastomer having an alkylene oxide group unit with a rubber-modified styrene resin. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide-forming component (a) (e.g., caprolactam) or a polyester-forming component (a) (e.g., terephthalic acid) is reacted with a compd. (b) having a 2-4C alkylene oxide group [e.g., poly(ethylene oxide) glycol] to obtain an elastomer (A) having a 2-4C alkylene oxide group unit content of 10-90wt% and an intrinsic viscosity of 1.6-7.0 (in o-chlorophenol at 25 deg.C) such as a polyether amide, a polyether ester (amide), etc. 1-60wt% component A is melt-kneaded with 99-40wt% rubber-modified styrene resin (B) to obtain the title compsn. which is antistatic and in which particles of the component A having the major axis of 0.01-10mu, the minor axis of 0.01-10mu and a ratio of the major axis to the minor axis of 1-20 are uniformly dispersed.
