    Abstract: método para produzir um produto químico a presente invenção se refere a um método para a produção de um produto químico com um rendimento elevado utilizando um açúcar misto de hexoses e pentoses como uma matéria prima de fermentação. a presente invenção também se refere a um método para a produção de um produto químico através da fermentação contínua, esse método compreende a filtração de um líquido de cultura de um microrganismo(s) através de uma membrana de separação, retendo o líquido não filtrado dentro, ou submetendo o líquido não filtrado ao refluxo para o líquido de cultura; adicionando uma matéria prima de fermentação para o líquido de cultura; e recuperando um produto no filtrado, em que o(s) microrganismo(s) é/são um microrganismo(s) que sofre(m) a repressão catabólica, e a matéria prima da fermentação compreende as hexoses e pentoses.

    Abstract: Procedimiento para producir un producto químico mediante fermentación continua, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento filtrar un líquido de cultivo de uno o más microorganismos a través de una membrana de separación; retener el líquido no filtrado en el líquido de cultivo o someter a reflujo el líquido no filtrado en el líquido de cultivo; añadir una materia prima de fermentación al líquido de cultivo; y recuperar un producto en el filtrado, en el que dicho microorganismo o microorganismos son uno o más microorganismos que metabolizan hexosa y pentosa y experimentan represión catabólica, y cuyo consumo de pentosa se suprime cuando la fermentación se lleva a cabo con una materia prima de fermentación que comprende un azúcar mixto que contiene hexosa y pentosa, dicha materia prima de fermentación comprende hexosa y pentosa, la proporción en peso entre la hexosa y la pentosa contenidas en dicha materia prima de fermentación es de 1:9 a 9:1, la concentración de la fuente de carbono es de 20 a 300 g/l, la concentración de dicha pentosa en una cantidad total de dicho filtrado no es superior a 5 g/l, y el producto es (i) un alcohol seleccionado del grupo que consiste en etanol, 1,3-propanodiol, 1,3-butanodiol, 2,3- butanodiol, 1,4-butanodiol, glicerol, butanol, isobutanol, 2-butanol e isopropanol, (ii) un ácido orgánico seleccionado del grupo que consiste en ácido acético, ácido láctico, ácido adípico, ácido pirúvico, ácido succínico, ácido málico, ácido itacónico y ácido cítrico, o (iii) un aminoácido.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing protein by filamentous fungi with which it is possible to suppress a decrease in the degree of dissolved oxygen saturation during culturing, even when the culturing of filamentous fungi is scaled up. This method for producing protein comprises culturing a BXL1-gene-disrupted Trichoderma fungus by employing, as an inducer, a biomass including cellulose and xylan. By using a BXL1-gene-disrupted Trichoderma fungus, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the degree of dissolved oxygen saturation, even when xylose and cellulose are employed as an inducer.

    Abstract: This aims to provide a liquid-feeding chip for feeding a liquid by rotating the chip on an axis of rotation thereby to utilize the actions of a centrifugal force and a gravitational force.
