Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress having a hygroscopic property and comfortable using feeling and easy to recycle. SOLUTION: The cotton padding of this mattress is constituted of rolled cotton of polyester fibers and hand cotton of polyester fibers. The rolled cotton contains composite fibers A composed of at least 15-50wt.% of and 50-15wt.% of a polyester R2 component 2, and it has the hygroscopic percent of 2% or above after it is left for 24hr in the atmosphere of 30 deg.C×90%RH. At least a part between low-melting point fibers B and between the low-melting point fibers B and other fibers C is stuck in the hard cotton. The cotton padding fibers have a good thread forming property when they are manufactured, this mattress has comfortable using feeling, and it can be easily recycled.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a fiber shaped body having uniform density, capable of stabilizing shape because of low residual strain of compression, hardly causing fatigue regardless of having lightness and softness and not aggregating. CONSTITUTION: This fiber mixture is composed of 20-60wt.% of a conjugate fiber A obtained by joining two kinds of different component thermoplastic polymers R1 and R2 in a range within the range of a weight ratio of (30/70) to (70/30) to form a core part and conjugating a thermoplastic polymer R3 having a melting point lower than that of a polymer having lower melting point between thermoplastic polymers R1 and R2 into the sheath part in a range of (20/80) to (60/40) weight ratio expressed by the formula R3/(R1+R2) and 40-80wt.% of a fiber B to which silicone resin is attached, having a melting point higher than that of the thermoplastic polymer R3. The fiber mixture improves also operability in production and has advantage which has not adverse effect on environment, because fluorocarbon is not used.

The conjugate ratio of the inner layer component is 30-80wt.% and the hollow ratio is 5-30%. The cross-section of the inner layer component has a polygonal form between triangular form and hexagonal form.

CONSTITUTION:The bicomponent conjugation spinneret device comprising an upper guiding plate 1, a lover guiding plate 2 and a spinneret plate 3 laminated to each other in this order is characterized by making a main guiding hole 4 for feeding a core component A1, a distribution guiding hole 5 for distributing and feeding a petal part-forming component, and an elution component-guiding hole 11 for feeding an elution component in the upper guiding plate 1, making a main guiding communicating hole 6 communicating with the main guiding hole 4 of the upper guiding plate 1 and three to twenty distribution satellite feeding holes 7 communicating with the distribution guiding hole 5 around the main guiding communicating hole 6 in the lower guiding plate 2, and further radially and alternately installing closed slits 8 and opened slits 9 in the inlet of an extrusion hole 10 at the upper part of the spinneret plate 3. The same petal part-forming component A2 as a core component and an elution component B are fed into the closed slits 8 and the opened slits 9, respectively, and subsequently combined with each other at the inlet of the extrusion hole 10 to produce the bicomponent conjugate fiber.

When the sheath component is dissolved and removed from the sheath-core fiber, many grooves are produced on the surface of the produced multi-grooved fiber, and simultaneously, the outer circumferential surface of the multi-grooved fiber is roughened to extremely improve the coloring property and express a good dry touch.
