Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an oxygen absorbing body increased in oxygen absorbing speed by packing an oxygen absorbent with a flat composite film consisting of the porous layer provided on a fabric or nonwoven fabric and the polymer homogenous membrane layer provided on the porous layer. CONSTITUTION:An oxygen absorbing body is formed by packing an oxygen absorbent with a flat composite film consisting of the porous layer provided on a fabric or nonwoven fabric and the polymer homogenous membrane layer provided on the porous layer. The polymer homogenous membrane layer is a layer impervious to a liquid such as water or oil but pervious to oxygen and the proper thickness thereof is generally 0.01 - 3 mum. The porous layer has function holding the membrane layer and the pore size of the surface thereof is about 0.001 - 0.5 mum. The thickness of the porous layer is usually about 1 - 300 mum in order to obtain practical mechanical strength and sufficient gas transmission speed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a composite membrane for separating gas excellent in performance by allowing polyorganosiloxane wherein the end of a side chain is subjected to amino denaturation to react with polyorganosiloxane wherein the end of the side chain is subjected to isocyanate denaturation on a fine porous supporting membrane. CONSTITUTION:Polyorganosiloxane, shown in formula I, wherein the end of a side chain is subjected to amino denaturation and polyorganosiloxane, shown in formula II, wherein the end of the side chain is subjected to isocyanate denaturation are allowed to react with each other on a fine porous supporting membrane having 10-5,000Angstrom hole size of the surface. As a reaction method, the following method is adopted wherein a denature siloxane soln. having 0.01-1wt% concn. is coated on the fine porous supporting membrane and thereafter recoated at 50-200 deg.C and dried for 0.5-110sec. When a mixing ratio of the amino denatured substance of denatured siloxane and an isocyanate denatured substance is regulated to (25:75)-(75:25) by pts.wt., formability of a membrane is made favorable.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously prepare a membrane in a laterally widened state and to thinly and uniformly form the membrane, by dissolving the membrane material of a membrane layer in a good solvent and diluting the resulting solution with a solvent having low surface tension to form a uniform solution which is, in turn, applied to a membrane. CONSTITUTION:A polymer having high gas permeability or a material having high gas separability is dissolved in a good solvent. The good solvent must has a characteristic not damaging a membrane to be applied. The obtained solution is diluted with a solvent having low surface tension. As the solvent having low surface tension, one not precipitating a polymer material is selected so as to prepare a uniform solution. The amount of the diluting solvent is set to 50% or more by wt. of the good solvent and the concn of the polymer material is finally set to 0.03wt% or more. This solution is applied to a membrane and dried.

SOLUTION: When a coating liquid is applied on a plurality of coating areas in a substrate A, each quantity of the extension/contraction of linear actuators 38A, 38B is adjusted to make each discharge opening face 74A, 74B in dies 40A, 40B parallel to the suction face of a mounting table 6. Next. the table 6 is moved so that the center of the substrate A is located just under a thickness sensor 22, and each die 40A, 40B is brought down. Next, the table 6 is moved again, when each coating area is located just under each discharge opening 72A, 72B, syringe pumps 44A, 44B are actuated independently, the coating liquid sucked from tanks 50A, 50B is discharged from each die 40A, 40B to be applied on each coating area.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a paste applied layer on a whole surface with a uniform height without raising an end of the paste applied layer, by outwardly expanding a paste-delivering groove toward the tip of the delivering groove. SOLUTION: When a paste is applied from a delivering groove, by outwardly expanding the delivering groove toward the tip of the delivering groove, a paste applied layer can be stably formed with a uniform height without raising an end of the applied paste-applied-layer. Since the delivering groove is constituted so that spacer width at each tip of it is L longer than spacer width (c) in a manifold region, the paste having traveled in an upper part of a land region with a uniform height further expands outward by the width L at the tips of the delivering groove. Therefore, thickness of the both ends of the paste delivered from the tip of the base is reduced. As a result, the paste applied layer with a uniform height without raising both ends of the paste applied layer after the application can be formed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film edge in a prescribed profile in a specified short range by a method in which a coating film is formed on a substrate and dried, and the cured coating film is cut by a cutter to form the film in a prescribed film thickness shape. SOLUTION: In a cutter holding part, a pair of right and left cutter holding units 32A, 32B for traveling direction and a cutter holding unit 60 for width direction are fitted, in the width direction of a substrate 4 respectively, to a gate type base 48. To the cutter holding units 32A, 32B, cutters 42A, 42B, a cutter holding base for fixing it, a cutter holding base and a transfer unit are connected directly. The transfer unit guides independently in the width direction by a guide rail and in the vertical direction by a guide rail, contacts a driving part comprising a ball screw and a servo-motor, does movement in the width direction of the substrate 4 of the cutters 42A, 43B, and in the vertical direction optionally and freely, cuts the cured coating film 20 of the substrate 4, and molds in a prescribed film thickness shape.
