    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte batter separator capable of coping well with the thinning of a separator, having high smoothness, easily miniaturizable and having a high performance. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolytic battery separator is made of a melt blow nonwoven fabric mainly composed of polyphenylene sulfide, having a mean fiber diameter, 1.0 to 6 μm. The unit weight of the nonwoven fabric is 15 to 80 g/m2, and the quantity of airflow is 1 to 20 cc/sec-cm2. As a result, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery separator has a high function including an electrolyte holding capacity or strength, and can be thinned to provide a miniaturized battery with high capacity.

SOLUTION: The base to be used in the objective cloth is a cloth consisting of a satin composed mainly of polyester fiber having a single fiber fineness of 0.01-10de, smoothed with a polyester resin, etc., and sized with barium chloride, etc. An information-carrying cloth is produced by applying a temporary image such as letter, figure or discrimination mark to the cloth by heat-transfer process using an ink ribbon composed mainly of a dye and dyeing and fixing the image to the cloth by heating.

CONSTITUTION:This heat insulation material is composed of at least a body forming member 1, a water absorbing and releasing high polymer gel 2 and a circular opening 3, which is formed by the shrinkage of the water absorbing and releasing high polymer gel. And the heat insulation material is produced by after mixing the body forming member with the high polymer gel, mixing with water to make slurry and molding and hardening. As a result, the heat insulation effect is attained due to the circular opening obtained by the swelling and shrinkage of the water absorbing and releasing high polymer gel and the humidify conditioning effect due to the water absorbing and releasing performance is attained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a three-dimensional structure forming multilayered laminate capable of being made bulky on the spot without using foaming gas and capable of obtaining a three-dimensional structure having stable strength. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate wherein low heat-shrinkable sheets 1 and highly heat-shrinkable sheets 2 impossible in simultaneous extrusion molding are alternately laminated through substantially stripe-like partial adhesive layers substantially vertical to the shrinking direction of the highly heat-shrinkable sheets and arranged at a specific interval (a), the number of the low heat-shrinkable sheets 1 and the highly heat-shrinkable sheets 2 is at least 5 in total and, in the low heat-shrinkable sheets 1 being inner layers, the adhesive layers 3 of opposite surfaces are present at the substantially intermediate positions between the adhesive layers 3 and the next adhesive layers 3. By this constitution, a three-dimensional structure forming laminate capable of being thermally bulked by utilizing heat shrinkage difference and capable of keeping a stable structure having stable strength after bulking is obtained.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head gear which has excellent dust resistance, excellent air permeability, and excellent strength characteristics and has an extremely simple shape, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This headgear comprises a skirt portion 3 and a cover portion 1 and is obtained by fusing a melt-blown non-woven fabric. Therein, the skirt portion of the headgear comprises the laminate structure of the melt-blown non-woven fabric to a drawn fiber structure. The method for producing the headgear comprises tucking in both the end portions of a substrate consisting mainly of a melt-blown non-woven fabric only in a width corresponding to the skirt portion of the headgear, inserting a stretched elastomer and a reinforcing drawn fiber structure having the substantially same width as the skirt into the tucked portion, integrally fusing the combination in the stretched state of the elastomer, folding and collecting the substrate in a pleat-like shape, simultaneously disposing 5 to 20 mm-wide fusing belts 2 on the obtained belt-like body at a constant distance in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the belt-like body, and then cutting the centers of the fused belts.

SOLUTION: This separator for a battery has fabric diameters of 0.5-20 μm, longitudinal tensile strength of 60-300 N/5 cm, and thickness less than 0.2 mm. After manufacturing a nonwoven fabric made from synthetic fiber, it is drawn at least in one axis direction, and web-like structures where the synthetic fiber is drawn in a thin film state are formed between component fibers of the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric. This separator can be suitably used particularly for a nickel-hydrogen secondary battery.
