    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dyed product having a dot-like pattern imparted to the whole or partial surface of a fabric by dyeing the fabric with a dyeing composition comprising a water-insoluble particulate coagulation product containing a dyestuff. SOLUTION: This dyeing composition comprises a water-soluble particulate coagulation product having a particle diameter of 20-200μm and produced by mixing a polyamine (salt) aqueous solution containing a primary amine as a main component with an aqueous solution comprising a dyestuff such as a disperse dyestuff, a dispersion type cationic dyestuff or an oily dyestuff, a polyanionic polymer such as a plant acidic polysaccharide, e.g. sodium alginate, and a filler comprising colorless or white particles such as silicon oxide particles or anionic surfactant such as a styrene-maleic anhydride salt copolymer. A dyeing solution containing the dyeing composition and a nonionic polymer viscosity-controller is imparted to a polyester fiber fabric and subsequently subjected to a color-developing treatment.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject fabric being a color mix-tone dyed fabric in which two or more colors are mixed as minute spots, having high grade feeling and natural feeling, enhanced in three-dimensional feeling which a raw material has, capable of readily supplying a new and high-grade dyed fabrics and so especially useful for fashion field. SOLUTION: In this dyed fabric, two or more color regions are substantially uniformly dispersed regardless of knitted fabric structure substantially without regularity and, when maximum circle not including other color is presupposed in each color region, diameter of this circle is =1/10 based on average yarn diameter in fabric surface in at least one color region.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a composition capable of freely providing arbitrary color, size and unevenness of spot of density and thereby sensitively corresponding to mode and readily forming new appearance by preparing dye-containing particles by extremely simple method in after-treatment process of fabrics. CONSTITUTION: This composition for dyeing comprises a substantially water- insoluble solidified material of a polyanionic polymer with a polyamine or a polyamine salt and contains a dye in particles whose particle form is substantially granular, spindle-like or linear. This method for producing a composition for dyeing comprises forming granular water-insoluble material containing dye by stirring and mixing an aqueous solution containing a dye and a polyanionic polymer with an aqueous solution of a polyamine or a polyamine salt.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cloth having excellent ink delivery stability which can produce a high quality sized image of deep color by applying a treating liquid containing water soluble polymer onto the cloth, drying the cloth and then subjecting the cloth to treatment for exfoliating a water soluble polymer film. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous solution containing water soluble polymer is applied onto a cloth which is then dried and a film of water soluble polymer formed on the surface of fibers is exfoliated untill fine film chips are left. Consequently, firmly adhered fibers are unbundled as if they are not treated to produce micro gaps between the fibers in which a large number of micro chips of water soluble polymer film are present. The water soluble polymer includes natural paste and synthetic paste of starch, cellulose, vinyl, acryl, maleic acid copolymer, and the like. It is essential to soften the cloth, hardened through application of water soluble polymer, by unbundling and the softening is preferably performed uniformly and elaborately.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fabric, excellent in bleed preventing properties and colorability and capable of providing dark and bright images by applying a water-soluble polymer to a fabric, nonfluidizing the aforementioned liquid and drying the resultant fabric while keeping the nonfluidized state. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing a natural size or synthetic water-soluble polymer, etc., preferably a water-soluble polymer composed of methyl cellulose is applied to a fabric and then gelatinized by, e.g. irradiation with microwaves or heat treatment with steam to lose fluidity of the size and nonfluidize the size. The fabric is then dried in this state to make the aforementioned polymer present in a shape close to a sponge structure without being solidified in the interior of the fiber and prevent an ink from bleeding and afford a fabric for ink jet dyeing excellent in high dyeability and level dyeing properties. Furthermore, when a solution containing the water-soluble polymer capable of gelatinizing at low temperatures is used, the solution is nonfluidized by cooling.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accomplish the title finish in high efficiency with minimum lot in a short time, by fixing piecelike cloths or textile products afforded with dye on a rotating endless belt to continuously carry out color development, soaping and drying. CONSTITUTION:Piecelike cloths or textile products (e.g., handkerchieves, towels, scarfs) afforded with dye are fixed, using e.g. sewing threads, on an endless belt continuously rotating through a color-developing treatment zone, soaping treatment zone and drying zone, and heat-treated and then subjected to color development followed by spraying said products with a cleaning solution and soaping, then drying in the drying zone, thus accomplishing the objective finish in high efficiency with no crease developed. The above-mentioned process enables ready, continuous treatment of a minimum lot of said products using a miniaturized equipment. Said belt is made of e.g. metallic mesh, thus being liquid-permeable.
