Abstract:
A number of recesses are formed in a lower case, and a projection with a flat top surface is formed inside each of the recesses. The recesses communicate with each other by grooves formed on the lower case, and fixed contacts are provided on the projections. A pattern is formed on the under surface of a flexible substrate put on the lower case so that movable contacts, included in the pattern, face the fixed contacts. An elastic sheet with a number of buttons is put on the flexible substrate, and the flexible substrate and the elastic sheet are fixedly held between an upper case and the lower case. The advantage is that it has reduced the number of components for improved production efficiency.

The invention relates to a current connection and/or cut-off device comprising a pair of permanent contacts (3, 4), at least one of the contacts (3, 4) of the pair being movable. At least one permanent contact (3, 4) of the pair comprises a main part (3.1, 4.1) having a free end and a terminal protection part (3.2, 4.2) secured to the free end of the main part (3.1, 4.1), and comes into mechanical and electrical contact with the other permanent contact (4, 3) of the pair only during an opening or closing manoeuvre of the pair. Said terminal protection part (3.2, 4.2) is made from a unique transition metal having a melting temperature that is strictly higher than that of the main part (3.1, 4.1) to which it is secured, or an oxide or a carbide of such a metal, or a zinc oxide. The invention is particularly applicable to high-voltage or medium-voltage circuit breakers.

Temperature protection device (1) for use in an electrical power circuit for protecting said electrical power circuit against heating, comprising a first contact element (5) and a second contact element (10), which are connected to one another by the ends (7, 12) thereof, and are designed in such a way that the ends (7, 12) of said first and said second contact elements (5, 10) that are connected to one another separate from one another when a limit temperature is exceeded because of a mechanical pretension between the two ends (7, 12), thereby interrupting the electrical circuit, wherein at least the ends (7, 12) of the contact elements (5, 10) have a material with a higher recrystallization temperature than pure copper.

Elektrischer Schalter mit einer Reihe von Schalterelementen, die aus zwei mit ihren Metallisierungen (11, 31) einander zugewandten und durch eine gelochte Zwischenlage (2) in Abstand gehaltene Isolierstoffolien (1, 3) gebildet sind und auf einer nachgiebigen Unterlage (42) aufliegen. Durch ein längs der Reihe bewegliches federndes Druckglied (52) wird ein Schiebeschalter von hoher Zuverlässigkeit erhalten. Durch geeignete Anordnung der Metallisierungen kann ein Codierschalter erhalten werden, der sich insbesondere zur elektrischen Stellungsanzeige von mechanischen Stellgliedern eignet.
