A combination of a main carrier and a printed circuit board. Light and heavy electrical and/or electronic components are fixed on the printed circuit board, wherein at least one heavy component is mechanically fixedly connected to the main carrier and electrically conductively connected to conductor tracks of a first section of the printed circuit board. The first section of the printed circuit board is electrically conductively connected to a second section of the printed circuit board and decoupled from the second section of the printed circuit board with regard to mechanical vibrations by means of a decoupling device. The decoupling device may be, for example, a flexible section or a recess formed in said printed circuit board.

Disclosed is a power package for an electrical device of an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) in an Electric Power Steering (EPS) system, the power package including: a housing which is formed with an upper part and a lower part and is formed to be in a two-step structure where substrate layers are provided on each of the upper and lower parts; a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layer which is provided on the lower part of the housing and has a path line formed thereon to flow a current; and an LTCC layer which is provided on the upper part of the housing, is connected to the PCB layer through wire-bonding, and is formed of a Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics. The power package for an electrical device can expand areas of the PCB and LTCC layers, thereby enhancing freedom degree of design of the PCB and LTCC layers and reducing a size of the entire case.

A coil bobbin to which an immobilizer coil is mounted, coil connecting terminals to which ends of the coil are connected, a fixed contact, a terminal for the fixed contact and connector terminals are integrally formed by resin molding into a coil bobbin integrated type insulator. Then, the coil connecting terminals, the terminal for the fixed contact, and the connector terminals are respectively soldered to a wiring board. All of them are incorporated in a body. In this manner, stress exerted on the soldered areas between the coil connecting terminals and the wiring board can be moderated to the substantially same extent as stress exerted on the soldered areas between the terminal for the fixed contact and the connector terminals, and the wiring board.

An electronic assembly includes a printed circuit board and an electrical component arranged within a housing. The component is mounted in a lower region of the housing, and the printed circuit board is supported over the component. The housing is formed of a electrically insulating material and includes embedded conductors connecting the component to the printed circuit board. Potting material is disposed on the printed circuit board within the housing. A fill hole may be provided in the board over the component to allow the potting material to flow onto the electrical component for mechanical stabilization.

An electronic control apparatus can be reduced in size and cost, and also improved in the reliability of electrical connection by eliminating certain parts such as a power board, etc. The apparatus includes a housing, a heat sink arranged in the housing, semiconductor switching elements mounted on the heat sink and having terminals, a circuit board arranged in opposition to the heat sink and having an electronic circuit formed thereon including a control circuit for controlling the semiconductor switching elements, and a plurality of conductive plates electrically connecting the circuit board and the semiconductor switching elements to each other. The individual conductive plates are arranged along a lead-out direction in which the individual terminals of the semiconductor switching elements lead out, so that they are bonded to the individual terminals.

A piezo-electric acoustic transducer has two strip-shaped terminal leads for connection of an acoustic-electric transducer plate to an amplifier assembly of the microphone. Previously the two leads were manually soldered to Griplet soldering rivets on the component side of the circuit boards with the addition of soldering tin, and were insulated from the housing by means of an insulating ring. In the present invention, the terminal strips are directly soldered to the connector paths of a flat amplifier assembly and are electrically insulated from the housing by means of a tab. With this type of automated soldering and insulation, a work piece carrier is provided with a plurality of devices for the mounting of the flat assembly on the carrier plate.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Baugruppe (1) und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung. Die elektrische Baugruppe (1) weist dabei wenigstens ein erstes Bauteil (6) auf, welches wenigstens teilweise aus einem geschäumten Werkstoff gebildet ist. Bei dem Verfahren zum Herstellen der elektrischen Baugruppe (1) wird wenigstens ein Teilbereich (9, 10) des ersten Bauteils (6) in seinen thermomechanischen Eigenschaften modifiziert durch Schäumen des wenigstens einen Teilbereiches (9, 10) und/oder durch Einbringen von Gasblasen in den wenigstens einen Teilbereich (9, 10).

The invention relates to a module (1) comprising a housing (2), a printed circuit board (3) and a separate electronic component (4) which has a number of electric connections (5), characterized in that the or each connection (5) of the component (4) is electrically connected to a conductor track of the printed circuit board (3) by means of a blade contact (25), the component (4) being fixed in the housing (2) by means of a number of elastic bearing elements (18). The component (4) is thus easily and securely fixed. Rattling noises are avoided.

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein elektronisches Modul (1), welches folgende Merkmale umfasst: zumindest einen Sensor (23) zur Erfassung einer physikalischen Größe, insbesondere einer Beschleunigung und/oder Verzögerung; eine elektronische Schaltung mit zumindest einem Bauelement (27) zur Verarbeitung analoger und/oder digitaler Signale, wobei die Schaltung mit dem zumindest einen Sensor (23) elektrisch verbunden ist; eine Leiterplatte (21), auf der die elektronische Schaltung zumindest teilweise angeordnet ist; sowie eine Sensorleiterplatte (22), auf welcher der zumindest eine Sensor (23) angeordnet ist. Die Sensorleiterplatte (22) und die Leiterplatte (21) sind in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (10) aufgenommen, wobei die Sensorleiterplatte (22) mechanisch entkoppelt von der Leiterplatte (21) in dem Gehäuse (10) gehaltert ist.
