Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflecting film which has high reflectivity of about 100% and does not cause any charge-up phenomenon and, at the same time, does not absorb light even when the film is irradiated with an electron beam. SOLUTION: A multilayer structure composed of SiO2 films 12 which are transparent dielectric films having low refractive indexes and ITOs 13 which are transparent conductor films having a high refractive index is formed, with the thicknesses of the films being adjusted to 1/4n (n: refractive index) of the wavelength of light. Since the surface to which light is made incident is made of a conductor, the occurrence of charge-up can be prevented. In addition, since the dielectric films are made of one selected from among silicon dioxide, magnesium fluoride, and cryolite (Na3 AlF6 ), the light loss of the structure can be suppressed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a light distribution of a lamp in life from being uneven due to blackening of a film by disposing a filament on a position where it is deflected from a central axis line of a bulb and distant from a light transmitting part. CONSTITUTION:A filament 2 is disposed inside a gap which is formed between a flare stem 7 and a bulb's inner surface on a side opposite to a light transmitting part. Therefore, materials, which are scattered from a filament 2 and an emitter and the like and are going to the light transmission part 3, are made to impinge on the flare stem 7 and suppressed, so that few materials stick on the light transmitting part 3. Hence, because a degree of blackening in the light transmitting part 3 becomes very small, the light emitted outside from the light transmitting part 3 is not almost interrupted, so that unevenness in a longitudinal light distribution of a bulb 1 in life can be suppressed.
