An electrical operator device for opening and closing a window comprises a case (6) connected with the main frame structure and a push element (12) extending from there in the direction of the frame. The operator device is disengageably connected with an operating member (4) for a locking mechanism, which operating member is pivotally mounted on the frame, by means of a coupling device comprising a male part having a head portion (20) connected with the free end of the push element, for disengageable engagement with a female part with a recess (22), in connection with an insertion opening (21), mounted on the operating member (4). The head portion (20) of the male part and the recess and opening (21) of the female part are elaborated and adapted to each other in such a way that the head portion (20), in a position of the pivotal operating member (4) corresponding to activation of the locking mechanism when the window is closed, can be guided into and out of the opening, but in a swung-out position of the operating member (4)in relation thereto, corresponding to a release of the locking mechanism, is prevented from passing out through the insertion opening. The operator device is controlled in such a way that in the first mentioned position, the male part is disengaged from the female part.

The present invention relates to an automatic door closing device which is applied for a fireproof door and various kinds of doors and which automatically and completely closes the door using weights and magnets when closing the door and reduces the speed of closing the door to slowly close the door when the door reaches a predetermined portion. The present invention is characterized by having a door frame, a door, a wire, a lever, weights, a first case, a fluidic material, a communication hole, a second case, and bushings. The door frame with a magnet is installed on a wall of a building for the access of a user. The door with a magnet is joined to the door frame. The wire is connected to the door and includes a weight on one end. The lever guiding the wire is formed on the door frame. The weight of a predetermined weight is formed on one end of the wire. The first case including a weight inside is installed on the wall of the building where the door frame is installed or the inner and outer surfaces of the door. The fluidic material preventing the weight from being accelerated is filled inside the first case. At least one communication unit making the fluidic material flow is formed on the first case. The second case receiving the fluidic material sent from the communication hole of the first case is formed outside of the first case. The bushings preventing the fluidic material from being exposed to the outside are formed on the upper parts of the first and second cases.

The present invention relates to a jamming prevention device for a door of a railway vehicle and, more specifically, a jamming prevention device for preventing jamming in a door of a railway vehicle which is opened or closed as a pair of main bodies of the railway vehicle door moves to the opposite sides. The jamming prevention device for a door of a railway vehicle comprises a body frame (110) installed in the main body (200) of the railway vehicle door; an elastic unit (120); and a wire unit (130). The present invention has an alarming function for notifying an engine room and a control room by sensing the jamming in case foreign substances are jammed by the door and allows passengers to remove the foreign substances by themselves although the door is not opened again.

PURPOSE: A sliding door with a detachable door is provided to simply couple and decouple a door to/from a doorframe by simply coupling and decoupling a support bracket and a housing to/from each other. CONSTITUTION: A sliding door with a detachable door comprises a doorframe, a door, and a roller assembly(100). The roller assembly comprises a roller body(110), a support bracket(120), a housing(130), and a locking member(140). The roller body has rollers(111). The rollers are placed on a guiderail to be slidable. The support bracket supports the roller body. The housing is fixed to a channel formed on the top end of the door and is detachably coupled to the support bracket. The locking member is rotatably coupled to the support bracket and detachably couples the support bracket and the housing to each other.

PURPOSE: A door release for a fire door is provided to rapidly cut off a fire door by operating a driving motor in fire in order to minimize life loss and property damage due to fire. CONSTITUTION: A door release for a fire door comprises a main body(10), a driving motor(20), a controller(25), a housing(30), an actuating holder(40), a ring holder(50), a top case, and side cases. The main body comprises an inserting hole(10h) in which a ring unit of a fire door is inserted. The driving motor is operated by electrical signals at the outer surface of the main body. The controller allows the driving motor to rotate forward and backward. The housing is moved up and down by the operation of the driving motor. The actuating holder comprises an actuating plate(43) on which an actuating pin(44) is formed and an actuating torsion spring. The actuating torsion spring applies elasticity to the actuating plate in order to rotate the actuating plate and to fix the location of the actuating plate. The ring holder comprises a ring torsion spring(50s) for fixing the location of a ring plate(53) while rotating the ring plate. The top case covers the upper part of the main body. The side cases cover both sides of the main body.

CONSTITUTION: A device for keeping a fireproof door open and closing it in times of emergency comprises a housing(100), a rotating-cam assembly(200), a cam-latch assembly(300), a lock-lever assembly(400), a solenoid actuator(500), and a control circuit unit(600). The housing is fixed to a door frame. The rotating-cam assembly, cam-latch assembly, lock-lever assembly, solenoid actuator, and control circuit unit are arranged in the housing. When the fireproof is usually open by over a given angle, the open state of the fireproof is maintained at the given angle since the rotation of a rotary cam by a cam latch is inhibited.
