A foot bolt (10) of a sideways movable sliding door or a similar element (1-3), comprising a part locking the element in the base, such as a pin fitting in the hole in the base and which foot bolt construction further comprising a counterpart (9) in the next element movable beside it, in which counterpart the part (13) in the edge of the preceding element can be fitted so that the adjacent elements get sideways interlocked and that on moving the elements in the opposite direction pushing the last brought element from beside the preceding element opens the locking of the preceding element from the base. The pin fitting in the hole in the base is intended to be manually pressed for instance by the foot in the hole.

The sliding door is associated with a carriage or support (5) by a telescopic guide, which extends parallel to the door and can be displaced on transversal guides (4) when it is actuated by a pneumatic piston (12) determining two positions of said carriage (5): a retracting position corresponding to the embedding of the door and an outward projecting position in which the door is also projected outward so that it can be displaced longitudinally towards the opening position. A linear motor (14) is mounted on the carriage-support (5) whose output is coupled to the door by means of an appropriate transmission to transmit its longitudinal movement to the door. The door thus describes an angular and straight trajectory, i.e. with an open segment of the door parallel to its own plane and a second segment perpendicular to the first segment and corresponding to the position of embedding.

A door operating apparatus (10) for a hinged door, the apparatus comprising a motor (12) which engages with an elongate opening member (16). The motor (12) is mountable on a door and one end of the elongate opening member (16) is pivotally connectable to a door frame or door surround. The apparatus (10) is arranged such that operation of the motor (12) in one direction causes closing of the door, and operation in an opposite direction causes opening of the door.

The invention relates to an emergency opening device for a preferably automatic two-panel sliding door having an energy storage element embodied by a rubber belt (6). Said rubber belt (6) is on one side irremovably fixed in a support (9) and on the other side removably fixed to a holding device (7) by means of a slide (8). During normal operation of the sliding door the pretensed rubber belt (6) has no effect. The holding device (7) releases the slide (8) with the rubber belt only in an emergency, such as a fire or power failure. The slide (8) interacts with the pulley carriages (5b) of the sliding door and by means of the energy stored in the rubber belt (6) moves the sliding panels (1a, 1b) into the fully opened position. To prevent a sudden, severe impact of the slide (8) against the pulley carriage (5b) the slide (8) comprises a friction brake (82, 83, 84). This brake (82, 83, 84) is released by a control device (56) only after the slide has contacted the pulley carriage (5b) so that the entire energy stored in the rubber belt (6) is then able to act upon the pulley carriage (5b). When the emergency is over the rubber belt (6) is tensed during the first closure of the sliding door by the movement of the pulley carriage (5b) and again fixed to the holding device (7).

The present invention relates to an opening and closing device of an exhaust louver and, more specifically, an opening and closing device of an exhaust louver which automatically opens or closes a window installed on a window frame of a building in fire. The opening and closing device of the exhaust louver comprises a hinge on the lower end of a window frame of a hinged window; a window which is opened or closed as connection slide bundles on the upper end of widow frame of the hinged window are connected; a gas spring opening and closing the window; a wire closing the window; and an automatic opening device in which a motor is installed inside and which moves the wire and be connected to a smoke sensor.
