The object of the invention is a traction sheave elevator and a rope (3) that contains metal as a load-bearing material, such as the suspension rope of an elevator, which rope comprises at least one or more strands (7) laid from metal wires (9) and which rope (3) is lubricated with a lubricant (8). Another object is the use of the aforementioned lubricant for lubricating the rope (3). The lubricant (8) comprises at least oil and thickener, which thickener in the lubricant (8) comprises at least 10% or more of the mass of the lubricant (8).

Disclosed is a process for preparing a molybdated succinimide complex, the process comprising: (a) reacting an alkyl or alkenyl mono- or bis-succinimide of a polyamine of formula I or formula II or mixtures thereof: Formula (I), Formula (II) with an α,β-unsaturated mono-carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid ester, and wherein the reaction temperature is in the range of from greater than 80°C to no greater than about 150°C; and (b) reacting the succinimide product of step (a) with an acidic molybdenum compound to provide the molybdated succinimide complex, wherein the molybdated succinimide complex is a liquid at room temperature.

In order to obtain a cold rolled steel sheet having excellent press formability, a cold rolled steel sheet has, on a surface thereof, an organic-inorganic composite film containing: an organic resin; and a crystalline layered material. The organic-inorganic composite film has an average film thickness of 0.10 to 2.0 µm and contains 0.5 part or more by weight of the crystalline layered material as a solid with respect to 100 parts by weight of a solid of the organic resin. The crystalline layered material preferably is, for example, a layered double hydroxide represented by [M 2+ 1-X M 3+ X (OH) 2 ][A n- ] x/n •zH 2 O, where: M 2+ is one or more of Mg 2+ , Ca 2+ , Fe 2+ , Ni 2+ , and Zn 2+ ; M 3+ is one or more of Al 3+ , Fe 3+ , and Cr 3+ ; and A n- is one or more of OH - , CO 3 2- , Cl - , and (SO 4 ) 2- .

The present invention provide a two-component anti-seizure agent for hot metal working process comprising the first aqueous solution and the second aqueous solution, wherein the first aqueous solution contains 10~30 mass % of sodium silicate equivalent to anhydride to 100 mass % of total mass of the first aqueous solution, and the second aqueous solution contains at least one kind Selected from a group consisting of: an organic acid and water-soluble amine salts thereof, an inorganic acid and water-soluble amine salts thereof, a water-soluble amine, a water-soluble alcohol, and a water-soluble metal chloride. When the two-component anti-seizure agent is applied onto disk-roll type guide shoes, it can be provided and maintained on the circumferential surface of the disk-roll type guide shoes without washed away by rolls' cooling water. Thereby, the anti-seizure agent does not adhere to rolls and the rolls and a pipe material do not cause slippage each other. Thus, it is capable to carry out piercing-rolling of the pipe material.
