PURPOSE: A pipeline system for a bathroom comprising a double pipeline is provided to facilitate the attachment and removal of pipes in a bathroom of an apartment house without damage to peripheral structures. CONSTITUTION: A pipeline system for a bathroom comprises a repair room(10), first drainpipes, a first sleeve pipe(40), and a second drainpipe(50). The repair room is implemented to form a fixed space in a bathroom, and the drainpipes of plumbing fixtures pass through the repair room. The first drainpipes are accommodated in the repair room, wherein the drainpipes of plumbing fixtures passing through the repair room are connected to vertical pipes(3,4) which are arranged in a shaft space(1). The first sleeve pipe forms a pipeline in the floor of the bathroom connected to a bottom drainage(23) of the plumbing fixtures and is extended to the shaft space. The second drainpipe is arranged inside the first sleeve pipe and connected to the vertical pipes through the shaft space.

PURPOSE: A punching shear reinforcement structure of a slab-column joint using a latticed wire is provided to reduce material costs by using a latticed wire which has a smaller diameter than a steel wire. CONSTITUTION: A punching shear reinforcement structure of a slab-column joint using a latticed wire comprises latticed horizontal reinforcing bars(3), forms, spacing blocks(6), and multiple latticed wires(7). The horizontal reinforcing bars are connected to the side surface of a column(1) and are composed of upper and lower chords(30,31). The forms cover the horizontal reinforcing bars. The spacing blocks are arranged on the bottom surface of the form and separate the lower chords and the form. The latticed wires are connected to the horizontal reinforcing bars in a longitudinal direction and are arranged to be at right angles of the shear crack direction of slabs(2).

PURPOSE: An interlocking block with embossed bottom is provided to prevent level differences or curves on a sidewalk and secure water permeation and ventilation functions. CONSTITUTION: An interlocking block with embossed bottom comprises a main body(110), a first protrusion(120), a first protrusion receiving part(130), a first drain passage(140), and an embossed bottom part(150). The main body forms a body of a sidewalk block(100). The first protrusion is projected along the lower edge of the right side of the main body. The first protrusion receiving part is cut out along the lower edge of the left side of the main body to correspond to the shape of the first protrusion and receives the first protrusion of an adjacent sidewalk block. The first drain passage is vertically cut out in the middle of the right side of the main body. The embossed bottom part includes projections(151) and grooves(155) which are alternately formed on the bottom of the main body.

PURPOSE: A standard and best practices utility system is provided to share business documents registered in one server in main office and branch offices or the field, thereby unifying work document forms and improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A main server is connected to a communication network of a main office. A DB has the main server. A plurality of computers in branch offices or computers in the field is connected to the main server through wire/wireless communication network. The DB stores data about procedures, samples, and standard forms according to each group. The main server additionally includes a request board module. Through the request broad module, inconvenient matter, or original or necessary data is posted.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing information to save energy are provided to use a result for analyzing energy use development as fundamental data for making energy use purpose and plan. CONSTITUTION: A collecting server(10) collects an operating state of each facility and measurement/integration data in a building. A data server(20) processes/stores the data. A data processing unit of an energy management server(30) calculates daily energy consumption of a facility. A data analyzing unit provides analysis information and evaluation information for saving energy. The data analyzing unit generates a diagram corresponding to the analysis information and evaluation information.

CONSTITUTION: An inducing waterproof structure of an underground diaphragm comprises a hose(30) and a waterproof layer(40). The hose is inserted along a longitudinal direction of a joint. The joint is formed in a longitudinal direction or a width direction of an underground diaphragm wall(10). The waterproof layer is formed by filling mortar in the top of the joint in which the hose is inserted. Multiple stainless steels are arranged along the circumference of the hose.

CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a stud bolt for an iron frame structure as a shear connector uses a stud bolt(100). The stud bolt is included of a bolt head(110) and a bolt body(120). One end of the bolt body is combined in the bolt head. The other end of the bolt body is combined to a nut(200) through a steel member.

PURPOSE: A model for estimating the design construction cost of a public apartment based on CBR is provided to perform the calculation of construction cost based on the amount of materials, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of the estimation. CONSTITUTION: A design phase to predict is set up(S20). Parts to predict are selected(S50). The basic information of an apartment complex and the building information of each building are inputted(S60). An index according to the input information is compared in a database(S70). A similar case is selected by a CBR(Case based Reasoning) algorithm(S80). By the comparison with the selected similar case, a similar case is selected(S90,S100). The manpower/material quantity of the selected similar case is extracted from a material amount database(S110). Cost about the corrected material amount is extracted from the expense database of the database(S130). Direct construction cost is calculated(S150).

본 발명은 구조물 표면에 방수층을 형성하기 위하여 사용되는 방수제 도포장치에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구조물 표면에 일정한 공간을 형성하며 단부가 구조물 표면에 밀착 설치되는 내측 커버; 상기 내측 커버와 일정 간격을 유지하며 내측 커버를 감싸되, 구조물 표면에 단부가 밀착 설치되는 외측 커버; 상기 외측 커버를 관통하여 외측 커버 내부에 삽입되는 것으로, 내측 커버와 외측 커버 사이의 공기 배출이 가능한 공기 배출관; 및, 상기 내측 커버 및 외측 커버를 관통하여 내측 커버 내부에 삽입되는 것으로, 방수제의 분출이 가능한 방수제 분출관; 으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방수제 도포장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명을 이용하여 방수제를 도포하는 경우에는 고압 상태에서 침투되는 방수제가 콘크리트 구조물과 일체화되어 두꺼운 방수층을 형성하므로, 외부 충격이나 콘크리트의 균열로 인한 방수층의 손상을 예방할 수 있다. 아울러 방수제가 콘크리트 공극 내부로 깊이 침투되므로, 바탕조정층의 시공이나 방수층의 들뜸을 방지하기 위한 공정 및 콘크리트의 균열 보수 공정이 불필요하여 공기 및 공사비를 절감할 수 있다. 방수, 방식, 진공, 구조물, 콘크리트
