Abstract:
본발명은결합조직재생용조성물및 결합조직을재생하는방법에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로히아루론산과피브리노겐을아텔로콜라겐또는골수세포와혼합하여결합조직손상부위에주입함으로써손상부위의결합조직을재생시킬수 있는결합조직재생용조성물및 결합조직을재생하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른결합조직재생용조성물은결합조직의손상부위를효과적으로재생시킬수 있으며, 특히낮은재생활성을갖는연골재생에유효한효능을나타낸다. 또한, 천연물질을사용하므로인체에무해하며, 자연연골과유사한조직공학적연골을재생하여손상된연골조직을효과적으로수복할수 있는연골치료제로유용하게사용될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A knee joint aid is provided to have a structure of applying power to the knee joint in order to straighten bent legs. CONSTITUTION: A knee joint aid comprises: a rear band(1) which surrounds the rear of the knee joint and protects the knee joint; a front band(10) which is connected to the rear band, surrounds the front of the knee joint and protects the knee joint; and a support stand(20) supports the side of the knee joint corresponding to an interval between the front band and rear band and provides elastic force. The support stand is formed in a plate shape that both ends thereof are bent around the central part thereof.

본발명은 STAT3 억제제가처리된간엽줄기세포를유효성분으로포함하는골관절염의예방또는치료를위한세포치료용조성물에관한것이다. 본발명에따른 STAT3 억제제가처리된간엽줄기세포는염증유발인자의발현을효과적으로억제할수 있고, 항염증인자의발현을효과적으로증가시키며, 케모카인수용체의발현을증가시키는효과가우수하다. 따라서 STAT3 억제제가처리된간엽줄기세포는각종면역반응의조절이상으로유발되는골관절염과같은면역질환을예방또는치료할수 있는세포치료제조성물로유용하게사용될수 있다.

본발명은 STAT3 억제제가처리된간엽줄기세포를유효성분으로포함하는면역질환의예방또는치료용세포치료제조성물에관한것이다. 본발명에따른 STAT3 억제제가처리된간엽줄기세포는간엽줄기세포에서의염증성사이토카인및 염증유발인자의발현과생성을효과적으로억제할수 있고, 병인조건하에서미분화 T 세포와공조배양할경우, T 세포의세포독성 Th17 및 Th1 세포로의분화를억제하는효과가있으며, 비정상적으로활성화된면역세포의기능을억제하고염증반응을제어하는특성을갖는면역조절 T 세포(Treg)의분화및 활성을증진시키는효과가우수한특징이있다. 따라서 STAT3 억제제가처리된간엽줄기세포는각종면역반응의조절이상으로유발되는자가면역질환, 염증성질환및 이식거부질환과같은면역질환을예방또는치료할수 있는세포치료제조성물로사용할수 있는효과가있다.

The present invention relates to a composition and a method for the regeneration of connective tissues, more specifically a composition and a method for the regeneration of connective tissues which mix hyaluronic acid and fibrinogen with attelo collagen or marrow cells and inject the mixture into a damaged portion of the connective tissues for regenerating the connective tissues around the damaged portion. The composition for the regeneration of the connective tissues effectively regenerates the damaged portion of the connective tissues, and has an active function in regenerating the cartilage which has low regeneration activity. The composition is harmless to human body by using natural materials, and can be used as a cartilage treatment agent for effectively recovering damaged cartilage tissues by regenerating the cartilage through tissue engineering which is similar to the natural cartilage.

PURPOSE: A clamp for fracture portion support is provided to steadily support a slope fracture portion by fixing a supporting unit of a supporting stand to a bone using a screw. CONSTITUTION: A first support stand(11) supports a slope fracture portion. A supporting unit is included on both ends of left and right lower sides of the first support stand. A second support stand(12) is formed into a structure same as the first support stand. The second support stand is separately installed from the first support stand. A connecting stand(20) connects the upper side of the first support stand to the upper side of the second support stand.

PURPOSE: A pin guide for surgical treatment for avascular necrosis of femoral head is provided to completely remove a necrotic portion through a side pin guide hole formed to cross a center pin guide hole. CONSTITUTION: A center pin guide hole(11) passes through the center of a guide body(10). A side pin guide hole(12) is radially formed around the center pin guide hole. The angle between the center pin guide hole and the side pin guide hole is 4°-10°. A longitudinal slot is formed on one end of the guide body to fit a guide(20) which can be fixed to the outer side of femur.
