Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for promoting the production of Monacolin K in red yeast rice, and a device for rotating and culturing the same. The method comprises a method for culturing red yeast rice which is contained in a culturing container. The culturing container is horizontally laid between two support rods which can be rotated in order to come in contact with the support rods. The culturing container is rotated at a predetermined speed using electric power of the support rods so that the culturing container which comes in contact with the surface of a roller is rotated together and the red yeast rice is cultured. When a large amount of red yeast rice is cultured using the device of the present invention, the production amount of Monacolin K can be more increased than when red yeast rice is cultured through existing culturing methods. Moreover, large-scale contamination which is generated when the red yeast rice is cultured in a rotating culturing container can be prevented and an automatic agitating device can be utilized so that uniform a solid fermented material can be obtained. The device can be mechanically operated so that a person does not have to perform agitation for culturing in bags by himself/herself and required man power can be reduced.

본 발명은 내염성 및 내한발성 폴리펩티드의 세포 내 수준을 증가시켜 식물의 비생물적 스트레스 저항성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따라 염 및 한발 스트레스에 대한 저항성 유전자로 형질전환된 식물체는 내염성 및 내한발성 품종으로 육성 가능하며, 이로부터 지구 온난화 등 갑작스런 기후 변화에도 생산성에 영향을 받지 않고 안정적인 농산물 공급이 가능하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing Oriza sativa seeds containing resveratrol and piceid is provided to enhance the content of resveratrol and piceid. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Oraza sativa seeds containing resveratrol and piceid comprises: a step of dipping a transgenic Oriza sativa seeds in water at 21-27°C; and a step of repetitively treating the seeds under a light condition for 14-18 hours and a dark condition for 6-10 hours.
