Abstract:
본 발병은 벚나무 속 식물에 발생하는 자두위축바이러스(PDV)를 진단하기 위한 PCR 검사시스템에 관한 것이다. PCR 검사시스템은 PDV 진단용 최적 프라이머 조합 및 이에 부합하는 검정용 프라이머 조합(nested primer)과 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 종 특이 프라이머 조합 및 양성대조구를 포함하고 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a positive control group for diagnosing RSV viruliferous insect is provided to enhance diagnosis reliability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a positive control group for diagnosing RSV viruliferous insect comprises: a step of inoculating Laodelphax striatella to a RSV viruliferous infected plant; a step of mixing and pulverizing Laodelphax striatella; a step of searching viruliferous insect rate and pulverizing Laodelphax striatella when the viruliferous insect rate is more than 30%; and a step of pulverizing at least 10 viruliferous insects. A diagnosis method is performed by ELISA(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) or RT-PCR(reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction).

PURPOSE: A PCR test system for diagnosing melon nectrotic spot virus(MNSV) is provided to improve diagnosis detection and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosing melon nectrotic spot virus is a primer combination of sequence numbers 3 and 13, sequence number 4 and 11, sequence numbers 5 and 18, sequence number 6 and 18, sequence numbers 6 and 19, or sequence numbers 7 and 17.

PURPOSE: A PCR test system for diagnosing GFLV(grapevine fanleaf virus) is provided to diagnose and to easily diagnose. CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosing grapevine fanleaf virus is primer complex sequence numbers 8 and 19, sequence numbers 9 and 18, sequence number 11 and 16, and sequence number 12 and 15. The diagnosis is performed by RT-PCR using the primer with a genome RNA as a template.

PURPOSE: A PCR test system for diagnosing PDV(prune dwarf virus) generated in Japanese flowering cherry is provided to accurately diagnose PDV infection. CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosing PDV(prune dwarf virus) is a primer combination of sequence numbers 11 and 23, sequence numbers 11 and 25, sequence numbers 11 and 26, sequence number 12 and 22, sequence numbers 12 and 23, sequence number 16 and 23, and sequence number 19 and 23. A method for diagnosing PDV comprises: a step of isolating genome RNA of virus sample; a step of performing RT-PCR using the primer with genome RNA as a template; and a step of analyzing RT-PCR product.

PURPOSE: A primer set for diagnosing GLV(Garlic latent virus), LYSV(Leek yellow stripe virus), GCLV(Garlic common latent virus), OYDV(Onion yellow dwarf virus) and Allexivirus is provided to detect all garlic virus with high detection limit and quickly detect virus diseases in Allium crop. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for diagnosing GLV(Garlic latent virus), LYSV(Leek yellow stripe virus), GCLV(Garlic common latent virus), OYDV(Onion yellow dwarf virus) and Allexivirus comprises a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2, primer set of sequence numbers 3 and 4, and primer set of sequence numbers 5 and 6. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for diagnosing Allexivirus genus comprises a primer set of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3; primer set of sequence numbers 4 and 5; or primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 6. A primer set for diagnosing Allexivirus genus comprises a primer set of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3; primer set of sequence numbers 1, 4, and 5; and primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 6. The Allexivirus genus contains Garlic virus X, Garlic virus A, Garlic virus B, Garlic virus C, Garlic virus D, Garlic virus E, Shallot virus X, Garlic mite-borne mosaic virus and Garlic miteborne filamentous virus. A kit for diagnosing Allexivirus genus contains a primer set and reagent for RT-PCR.
