Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a microbial composition of a fermenting agent for the bioremediation of malodorants and its manufacturing method. The microbial composition further contains feed additives, such as copper, rice bran and zeolite, to increase a deodorizing effect. CONSTITUTION: The microbial composition of a fermenting agent for the bioremediation of malodorants comprises at least one of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Penicillium spp., Mucor spp., Trichoderma viride, Cephallosporium acremonium and Issatchenkia orientalis; at least one of Candida spp., and Arthrobacter spp., Nocardia spp.; at least one of Bacillus subtilis CH-10, Bacillus mesentericus, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus licheniformis NLRI-33, Bacillus thuringiensis, and bacillus circulans; at least one of Thermoactinomyces sp. and/or Thermomonspora spp.; at least one of Streptomyces griseus, Streptomyces globisporius, and Streptomyces flavus; and at least one of Pseudomonas putida NLRI-X50, Corynebacterium spp., Staphylococcus lentus, and Micrococcus lylae.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a method and apparatus for composting and evaporation of highly concentrated organic wastewater linking methane process, which increase organics decomposition and water evaporation due to fermentation heat resulting in no discharge treatment of organic wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The composting and evaporation method of organic wastewater is as follows: generating methane in an anaerobic digestion vessel(30) wherein wastewater is thrown into and proceeded, and storing methane in a tank(50); spreading wastewater obtained from the anaerobic digestion vessel over an aerobic fermentation-evaporation base(40) filled with bulking agent such as saw dust for generation of fermentation heat to evaporate water; accelerating evaporation by heating the bottom of aerobic fermentation-evaporation with methane collected from the anaerobic digestion vessel; and warming the anaerobic digestion vessel with fermentation heat generated from the aerobic fermentation-evaporation base. The apparatus is characterized by closing anaerobic digestion vessel and aerobic fermentation-evaporation vessel. Therefore, it enables to generate methane gas all the time, which is used as warm blast supplier of fermentation-evaporation base for no discharge of wastewater.

본 고안은 협잡물 및 비교적 덩어리가 큰 부유물질을 제거하는 전처리 공정에 사용되는 스크린 장치에 관한 것으로, 여과망(1), 십자형 산기관(4), 브로와(blower, 5) 및 저류용기(8)를 포함함을 특징으로 한다. 본 고안에 따른 스크린 장치는 가격, 설치, 운영 등의 면에 있어서 공지의 스크린 장치에 비하여 효율적이므로 대부분의 중소규모 양축농가에서 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 비타민 A, 비타민 C 및 이들의 유사체 중 적어도 하나 이상, 바람직하게는 비타민 A, 비타민 C 및 이들의 유사체 중 적어도 하나 이상의 활성성분을 함유하는 나노솜(nanosom)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 유단백 합성 증진용 조성물이다. 이를 통하여 본 발명은 사료 첨가제로 적용하여 이를 급여하는 가축에서 얻어지는 우유의 유단백을 증가시켜 우유의 품질을 고품질화 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명을 적용한 가축의 육류 및 우유에 비타민 A 및 비타민 C의 함유량을 늘릴 수 있다.
