Disclosed are a biodegradable resin composition and a biodegradable packing material. The disclosed biodegradable resin composition comprises: 30-50 parts by weight of polylactic acid (PLA); 20-30 parts by weight of polybutylene succinate (PBS); 20-30 parts by weight of polybutylene adipate-terephthalate (PBAT) copolymer; and 5-20 parts by weight of an inorganic additive. An NII bar, which has been molded at a temperature of 23°C to have a thickness of 3.2 mm, has a Notched Izod impact strength of 60 J/m or more measured according to ASTM D256.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a biodegradable polyester copolymer resin with improved hydrolysis resistance. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: first reacting an aliphatic dihydroxy compound and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound; and further adding an aromatic dicarboxylate after the first reaction to secondarily react the same, wherein a short-chain alcohol type branching agent is added to a first or a second esterification reaction. The method allows slow esterification by an acid to proceed first, and then applies an aromatic dicarboxylate compound having no acid groups, thereby effectively controlling unreacted products or partially reacted products, which affect the acidity of a product, during the reaction, and thus it is possible to effectively control the acidity even without an excessive amount of excessive BDO, an excessive amount of chain extender or an expensive anti-hydrolysis agent, thereby improving hydrolysis resistance. In addition, it is possible to improve tear strength by minimizing branching agent content used therein.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyester resin is provided to manufacture a polyester resin which does not include harmful components by using a catalyst which does not contain heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyester resin includes a step of esterificating an alcohol monomer and a carboxylic acid monomer under the presence of 0.1-1.5g of an organic titanium catalyst with regard to 1 mol of the carboxylic acid monomer at 200-220 °C and a step of conducting the condensation polymerization of the result at 220-240 °C and 2 Torr or less. The esterification reaction is conducted by using 5-15 wt% of an organic titanium catalyst.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable resin composition is provided to improve physical properties such as a contraction ratio and an elastic recovery rate, and to have excellent processability. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable resin composition comprises 5-60 parts by weight of a calcium carbonate, 1-10 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of an activator based on 100.0 parts by weight of a biodegradable polymer compound. The biodegradable polymer compound is a polybutylene succinate or poly butylene adipate-co-terephthalate. The thermoplastic resin is one or more selected from a polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, or a mixture thereof. The activator is one compound or a mixture of two or more selected from oleic acid amide, erusic acid amide, molybdenum disulfide, molybdenum disulfide, palmityl alcohol, or a silicon powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a biodegradable resin comprises: a step of manufacturing polyester prepolymer by polycondensation of divalent alcohol monomer and divalent carboxylic acid monomer; a step of controlling the moisture content of polyester prepolymer to 200 ppm or less; and a step of connecting prepolymer by reacting the polyester prepolymer with 0.1 weight% of less of polyvalent isocyanate compound.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display having a sheet controlling a view angle is provided to install the sheet controlling a viewing angle which includes a plurality of external light absorbing pattern having concave sidewall, thereby improving a color reproduction characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A first polarizing plate(300) and a second polarizing plate(300') are respectively arranged to front and rear side of a liquid crystal cell(100). A sheet controlling a viewing angle is arranged to a front side of the first polarizing plate. The sheet controlling a viewing angle has a light transmitting part(502) and a plurality of external light absorbing patterns. A plurality of grooves(502a) is formed on the light transmitting part. The plurality of external light absorbing pattern is arranged within the groove. The plurality of external pattern comprises a light absorbing substance. The plurality of external pattern has a concave sidewall.
