Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a biodegradable polyester copolymer resin with improved hydrolysis resistance. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: first reacting an aliphatic dihydroxy compound and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound; and further adding an aromatic dicarboxylate after the first reaction to secondarily react the same, wherein a short-chain alcohol type branching agent is added to a first or a second esterification reaction. The method allows slow esterification by an acid to proceed first, and then applies an aromatic dicarboxylate compound having no acid groups, thereby effectively controlling unreacted products or partially reacted products, which affect the acidity of a product, during the reaction, and thus it is possible to effectively control the acidity even without an excessive amount of excessive BDO, an excessive amount of chain extender or an expensive anti-hydrolysis agent, thereby improving hydrolysis resistance. In addition, it is possible to improve tear strength by minimizing branching agent content used therein.

생분해성 폴리에스테르 수지 및 상기 수지를 포함하는 물품이 개시된다. 개시된 생분해성 폴리에스테르 수지는 에틸렌글리콜 잔기 또는 부탄디올 잔기를 포함하는 지방족 디올 잔기, 및 숙신산 잔기를 포함하는 지방족 디카르복실산 잔기를 포함함으로써, 향상된 탄성 및 생분해성을 갖는다.

Disclosed are a biodegradable resin composition and a biodegradable resin film. The disclosed biodegradable resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polymer, 0-30 parts by weight of hydrophilic natural materials and 0-6 parts by weight of graft copolymer of biodegradable polymer and acid anhydride.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a resin composition for foaming containing a biodegradable resin, and a foamed article produced from the same. The resin composition for foaming contains: an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin; a biodegradable polyester resin combined with a monomer with a double bond; a crosslinking agent; a co-crosslinking agent; filler; and a foaming agent. In the composition, the double bond contained in the biodegradable polyester resin enables a chemical crosslinking bond with the ethylene-vinyl acetate resin using the crosslinking agent for improving the compatibility of the biodegradable polyester resin with the ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, improving workability (releasing properties) during a mixing and melting process; and remarkably improving foaming properties and mechanical properties of the foamed article.
