PURPOSE: A method for monitoring/controlling a communication line of a communication equipment has a relay line by a control of ITU-T recommendation SSNo.7 signal ISUP. CONSTITUTION: A method for monitoring/controlling a communication line between communication systems transmits a closed line releasing message. After transmitting a closed line releasing message, if there is a call request under the condition under the condition that answering message about the releasing message is not received, a normal calling process is performed. Thereby, a call completion rate is enhanced, and a utility of the line is also enhanced.

PURPOSE: A media file playing apparatus, a media file providing apparatus, and a control method thereof are provided to receive a media file and a control signal and play the media file, thereby reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A communications unit(11) communicates with at least one media file providing apparatus(2) which provides media files. A media file playing unit(12) plays the media files. A control unit(13) receives a playing request for the media files from the media file providing apparatus. PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for pointing a mouse in a portable terminal are provided to move a mouse pointer of a screen according to moving direction and moving distance of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A button input unit(110) operates movement of a mouse pointer. A movement sensor unit(120) senses movement direction and size of a portable terminal. A controller(150) extracts a space movement location of the portable terminal based on the sensed movement direction and size. The controller moves a mouse pointer according to the space movement location.

A method for manufacturing a floating gate in a non-volatile memory device is provided to improve a coupling ratio by adjusting a height of a floating gate. A field oxide layer pattern(112) is formed on a surface of a substrate(100) to form an opening for exposing a part of the substrate. A conductive layer for floating gate is formed along the field oxide layer pattern and the surface of the exposed substrate. A stop layer is formed on the conductive layer for floating gate. A sacrificial layer is formed on the stop layer to fill the opening. A preliminary floating gate is formed by polishing the sacrificial layer to expose the stop layer on a bottom surface of the opening. A floating gate(126) is formed by removing selectively the stop layer.

A schedule management method for each city in a portable terminal and a device are provided to link a function of reading the current world time with a function of managing schedule of an electronic note, thereby conducting schedule management in accordance with local time of worldwide main cities. The current location of a portable terminal is calculated, and it is decided whether a location of the portable terminal is changed(S601). If so, schedule time information is automatically converted into local time of a city where the portable terminal is located, by using a time difference between the city corresponding to the calculated location and schedule time reference information(S603-S605). Schedule information corresponding to the converted schedule time information is outputted to the converted schedule time information(S606).

A method and an apparatus for providing a sticker screen image of a mobile communication terminal are provided to allow a user to use various kinds of information through one screen image by displaying a plurality of sticker windows on one screen image, and to obtain real-time information from a web server through a sticker window incorporating with a web server. At least one sticker window and a sticker screen image are set so that the sticker window is expressed on at least screen image selected from a plurality of screen images displayed on a display module(52). If the display module is activated, it is determined whether or not a sticker window of the display module exists(54). If there is the sticker, a screen image and the sticker window are displayed(56). A specific screen image is selected from among a plurality of screen images.

본 발명은 트랙 횡단 신호로부터 노이즈를 제거하는 방법, 이에 기초한 광 디스크 드라이브 제어 방법, 노이즈 제거 장치, 광 디스크 드라이브, 및 재생 장치에 관한 것이다. 트랙 횡단 신호로부터 노이즈를 제거하는 방법은 (a) 상기 트랙 횡단 신호를 적어도 두 개의 기준값을 참조하여 이치화하는 단계; 및 (b) 이치화된 트랙 횡단 신호로부터 트랙킹 액츄에이터를 위한 지령 속도를 기초로 노이즈를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 고속 탐색 및 저속 탐색의 모든 경우에 노이즈를 보다 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.

FinFET(Fin Field Effect Transistor)를 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 FinFET 게이트 산화막 상에 상기 핀 사이를 매몰하지 않는 두께로 FinFET 게이트 전극용 제1 폴리실리콘막을 형성한다. 이어서, NMOS 영역의 제1 폴리실리콘막 및 PMOS 영역의 제1 폴리실리콘막에 각각 불순물을 도핑시킨 후 상기 제1 폴리실리콘막 상에 상기 핀 사이를 매몰하도록 FinFET 게이트 전극용 제2 폴리실리콘막을 형성한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 핀을 둘러싸는 게이트 전극에 균일하게 불순물을 도핑시킬 수 있고, 이중 게이트(dual gate) 공정이 가능하다.
