X선을 대상체로 방출하는 소스, 상기 대상체를 투과한 상기 X선을 검출하는 검출기, 상기 소스와 상기 검출기를 연결하며, 상기 소스의 회전에 따라서 상기 검출기를 상하로 이동시키는 암, 상기 암을 지지하는 지지부 및 상기 암을 구동시켜서 상기 대상체의 촬영을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X 선 촬영 장치가 개시된다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing history associated time information and a method thereof are provided to intuitively offer time information and related information with the time information. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(400) displays one of more information item in which time information and related information are combined. A storage(300) stores the related information corresponding to the time information. A controller(500) controls the display the related information corresponding to the time information. The controller controls the updates of the time information and the relation information by the control event when a control event which rotates a hour hand or a minute hand of the information item.

본 발명은 디지털 위상 추적 루프(Phase-Locked Loop) 또는 주파수 추적 루프(Frequency-Locked Loop)에서 동기 위상 점프 보상을 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 외부 동기 신호(Reference signal)와 내부 신호의 위상을 비교하여 상기 두 신호의 위상차를 검출하는 위상 판별기와, 상기 위상차를 이용하여 위상 점프의 순간을 감지(jump moment detection)하고, 위상 점프가 감지될 시, 현재의 위상차를 기준으로 이전 위상점프의 정도를 평가(Jump value estimation)한 후, 상기 평가를 통해 획득한 위상점프 교정값을 이용하여 상기 위상차를 교정하는 위상 점프 보상기와, 상기 교정된 위상차의 고주파 성분을 필터링하는 LPF(Low Pass Filter)를 포함하여, E1/T1 네트워크 동기에서 안정적인 동기화를 구현할 수 있는 이점이 있다. PURPOSE: A method for displaying a visual signal of a portable terminal by recognizing scene images is provided to flexibly convert the working screen images and recognize scene images. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal outputs a first screen image corresponding to fist user function(S103). If the input signal for the user facility change over is received, the portable terminal re-sizes the first reduced screen image reducing the first scene image and the second reduced screen image reducing the second screen image corresponding to the second user facility and the scene image corresponding to the whole user facility.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling an operation mode of a mobile communication terminal are provided to control an operation mode of the mobile communication terminal according to a sensing signal based on motion of the mobile communication terminal and a housing direction, thereby operating the mobile communication terminal under a desired operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(130) senses a housing direction of a mobile communication terminal(100) and contact between the mobile communication terminal and a user. A storage unit(150) stores operation mode information of the mobile communication terminal corresponding to a sensing signal of the sensor unit. A controller(160) receives the sensing signal for the housing direction of the mobile communication terminal and the contact. PURPOSE: A stack package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the electrical or mechanical junction reliability between semiconductor chips by preventing generation of crack on a part combined with a junction member. CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises penetration holes having a first diameter. A first semiconductor chip(100) comprises a plug expanded to a sphere shape with a second diameter bigger than the first diameter. A junction member(300) is formed to surround the expanded bottom of the plug. A second semiconductor chip(200) is arranged on the lower part of the first semiconductor chip. The second semiconductor chip is electrically connected to the first semiconductor chip by the junction member.

PURPOSE: An unlock function control method for a portable terminal using piezoelectric sensors and a device thereof are provided to rapidly cancel the unlock state of the portable terminal and to prevent erroneous operations in a pocket or bag. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric sensor is located in the side of a portable terminal and generates potential difference. If a squeeze operation signal is generated by applying pressure to the piezoelectric sensor, a control unit(110) cancels the unlock state of the portable terminal. The piezoelectric sensor includes a first piezoelectric sensor(141) located in one side of the portable terminal and a second piezoelectric sensor(142) located in other side of the portable terminal. If the first piezoelectric sensor and the second piezoelectric sensor generate the squeeze operation signal, the control unit cancels the unlock state of the portable terminal.

PURPOSE: A method for a rock paper scissors game of a portable terminal having a camera are provided to supply the sense of the real to a user by inputting operation information of a user through a camera. CONSTITUTION: If a rock-paper-scissors game run command is inputted, a controller of a portable terminal shows game start screen(S203,S205). The controller confirms first information and second information(S209). The first information is obtained through the recognition of a hand shape of user. The second information is obtained through the selection of the portable terminal or the transmission of the other terminal. If the first information is changed, the controller re-obtains the first information(S211,S213). The controller produces a game result(S215).
