    Abstract: 이 고안은 모니터와 같은 전자제품에서 EMI 대책의 일환으로 적용되고 있는 접지장치에 관한 것으로서, 접지물에 고정되고 양측에 피접지물과 접촉되는 접촉편부를 가진 V자형의 어스플레이트를 갖는 접지장치에서 상기 접촉편부가 강제당김수단에 의해 내측방향으로 당겨지는 탄력을 갖도록 하고, 상기 강제당김수단은 압축코일스프링이 설치되도록 한 것으로서, V자형의 어스플레이트가 피접지물에 접촉되는데 있어 압축코일스프링에 의해 접촉편부가 피접지물에 접촉되는 밀착력이 향상됨에 따라 그라운드효과가 향상될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

By eliminating the image blocking artifacts occurring in the consecutively input image signals, the image blocking artifact compensating apparatus can provide a clearer video on the liquid crystal display.
