웨이크업 방법이 개시된다. 본 웨이크업 방법은, 미디어 플레이어 디바이스가 스탠바이 모드인 상태에서, 복수의 컨텍 로케이션에 외부 기기가 연결되었는지 여부를 확인하는 단계, 및, 외부 기기가 미디어 플레이어 디바이스에 연결되면, 미디어 플레이어 디바이스를 웨이크업 하는 단계를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for discovering a WiFi display service in a WiFi direct network are provided to minimize costs of service discovery and implementation complexity by minimizing a frame format to be exchanged and a transmitting and receiving procedure. CONSTITUTION: A WiFi direct network comprises one or more WFD(WiFi Display) devices including a first WFD device(110) and a second WFD device(120). The WFD device forms a new firmware protocol. The first WFD device and the second WFD device directly establish peer-to-peer connection each other. The first WFD device and the second WFD device perform device discovery(130) before 2 layer secure connection is established. The first WFD device and the second WFD device perform service discovery(140) each other. PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data are provided to maintain a QoS(Quality of Service) by securing a bandwidth of a data transmission path. CONSTITUTION: A source device(410) checks a data transmission path to a sink device(440)(510). The source device transmits a secured data transmission path to a switch device 1(420)(520). A switch device 2(430) relays a request for obtaining a received data transmission path to the sink device(530). The sink device transmits a response for the request for obtaining the data transmission path to the source device(550-570). A streaming service is performed(580).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A service searching method and device thereof are provided to enable devices to search a usable service in a WFD network at a stage before connecting two layers. CONSTITUTION: A frame maker(1810) generates a service discovery request frame for searching a service which supports a second WFD device of a WFD(WiFi Direct) network. The frame forwarding unit(1820) transmits a service search request frame to a second WFD device. A frame receiver(1830) receives a service probe response frame by responding to service search request frame from the second WFD device.

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for supplying a user input back channel in an AV system are provided to transfer user input to a source device from a synchronizing device in an AV system. CONSTITUTION: An AV system sets up an AV control session and an AV data session with a source device according to a Wi-Fi display standard(1910). The AV system activates a UIBC(User Input Back Channel) in the use of the AV control session(1920). The AV system transmits user input to the AV source device through user input back channel(1930).

PURPOSE: A device and method for comparing a reverse order bit size of a word are provided to shorten the process time for comparing a size by converting the bits of the word into a reverse order. CONSTITUTION: A lower bit extracting part(110) extracts a bit value of lower 'N' bit from the word. A reverse order bit value generating part(120) generates a reverse order bit value of the lower 'N' bit value. A comparing part(130) compares the reverse order bit value corresponding to the lower 'N' bit value with a preset maximum value. A controlling part(140) controls the lower bit extracting part(110), the reverse bit value generating part(120) and the comparing part(130) in order to perform an extraction operation, a reverse bit value generating operation and a comparing operation, and decides the word, which the lower 'N' bit value is a maximum, according to a comparing result. The lower bit extracting part(110) extracts the lower 'N' bit by a logical product operation with a masking bit value for the word.

본 발명은 소정의 프로토콜을 지원하지않는 디바이스의 홈 네트워크 연결시에 디바이스 페이지 생성방법을 개시한다. 클라이언트 디바이스와 복수개의 서버 디바이스가 연결된 홈 네트워크에서, 클라이언트 디바이스에서의 웹 브라우저를 이용한 본 발명에 의한 디바이스 페이지 생성방법은, 복수개의 디바이스를 액세스하여 클라이언트 디바이스에서 요구된 프로토콜을 지원하는 디바이스인가를 판단하는 판단단계, 원하는 프로토콜을 지원하는 디바이스이면 소정의 인터넷 프로토콜 어드레스 수수과정을 거쳐 해당 인터넷 프로토콜 어드레스를 가져오고, 지원하지않는 디바이스이면 클라이언트 디바이스가 정한 어드레스를 설정하는 처리단계 및 웹 브라우저에서 어드레스들을 배열하여 복수개의 디바이스를 나타내기 위한 디바이스 페이지를 생성하는 생성단계를 구비한다.
