PURPOSE: An interface setting device of a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to conveniently set an interface in the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: When a portable terminal is turned on, a control unit (110) transmits identification information extracted from a SIM card in the terminal to a server. The control unit downloads a binary corresponding to the identification information received from the server. The control unit sets an interface of the portable terminal. PURPOSE: An electronic device using voice recognition and motion recognition and a control method thereof are provided to easily and conveniently cancel texts inputted through voice recognition by using a cancelation motion inputted through a motion input unit. CONSTITUTION: A voice input unit(110) receives a voice of a user and a motion input unit(120) receives a motion of the user. When the voice is inputted through the voice input unit, a control unit(160) recognizes the voice to display the recognized voice on a text input window. When a cancellation motion is inputted through the motion input unit, the control unit displays canceled texts according to the cancellation motion. When the cancellation motion is inputted once, the control unit cancels a most recently inputted word. PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data are provided to maintain a QoS(Quality of Service) by securing a bandwidth of a data transmission path. CONSTITUTION: A source device(410) checks a data transmission path to a sink device(440)(510). The source device transmits a secured data transmission path to a switch device 1(420)(520). A switch device 2(430) relays a request for obtaining a received data transmission path to the sink device(530). PURPOSE: A method for providing multiple movement mode of real time operating system is provided to automatically grasp a circumferential environment of operation while realizing multi-functional IOP(Input Output Processor), and to supply the optimal construction of hardware and software according to a specified function. CONSTITUTION: A multiple mode is provided according to information in a non-volatile CSR(Control and Status Register). The provided multiple mode is initialized. A status information contents of reset and power source status information register is read at the initializing step. The operation development of the register is grasped by reading the status information contents according to the normal operation of system booting.
