Abstract: PURPOSE: A humidity sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve linearity of impedance variation and to lower hysteresis while improving stability even if the humidity sensor is used for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a humidity sensor includes a step of adding 10 weight percent of Co3O4 and 5 weight percent of NiO to 85 weight percent of TiO2(102). After pulverizing TiO2 powder together with deionized water in a pulverizer for one hour, the pulverized powder is dried in a drier so as to remove moisture from the pulverized powder(104). A bonding agent is added to the pulverized powder and the mixture is grinded for one hour(106). Then, the fine pulverized powder is molded into a predetermined shape under pressure of 3000psi(110).
