Abstract: PURPOSE: A food heat exchanger and a refrigerator including thereof are provided to improve rapid freezing speed and melting speed of food places on a contacting unit by a heat exchange plate including a pin. CONSTITUTION: A food heat exchanger of a refrigerator comprises a heat exchanging plate installed in the inside of the refrigerator, a ventilation fan(82), and a guide member(83). The heat exchanging plate includes a contacting unit(81a) contacting with foods in one side and a pin promoting a heat exchange on the other side. The ventilation fan blows air to the pin while separating the contacting unit and the pin from the food not to contact using the flow of the air generated from the ventilation fan. The guide member guides the air generated from the ventilation fan to pass through the pin far from the heat exchanging plate.
