Abstract: 본 발명은 철도 레일(Rail)의 양측을 탄성 지지하여 레일을 침목의 상부에 고정하기 위한 레일고정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 열차 운행시 레일에 전해지는 하중, 충격을 완충함과 동시에 횡방향측의 압력을 분산하고, 레일 사이의 간격조절이 용이함과 아울러 견고한 체결력을 제공하는 레일고정장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은, 상기 레일과 상기 침목 사이에 형성된 높이조절패드와; 상기 높이조절패드와 상기 레일 사이에 구비되는 압력분산수단과; 상기 침목에 매립 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 하부브라켓과, 상기 하부브라켓의 상부에 착·탈 되는 상부브라켓이 형성된 고정수단; 및 상기 고정수단에 고정되어 상기 레일을 탄력 지지하여 상기 침목에 고정하는 가압수단;으로 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
상기한 바와 같이 구성된 레일고정장치에 의하면, 열차 운행시 발생하는 하중, 진동 완충 및 횡방향 압력을 분산시켜 레일의 균열, 변형 및 파손을 방지하고, 좌·우 레일 간격을 용이하게 조절함과 아울러 체결시 횡방향 압력에 이동되지 않는 견고한 체결력을 통해 레일의 안정적인 지지가 가능하기 때문에 설치작업 및 시공성, 작업성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: An interlocking device for a turnout and an interlocking method are provided to facilitate installation and maintenance of the interlocking device regardless of an installation position of a point. An interlocking device includes a point(38), a first point connecting unit(A), a point guide(B), and a second point connecting unit(C). The point is installed outside a pair of base rails(50).
