FET 이온센서 및 이를 이용한 시스템이 개시된다. 반도체로 구성된 채널 및 상기 채널의 상부에 배치되는 게이트 절연체층을 포함하는 본 발명의 FET 이온센서는, 이온분자가 상기 채널의 표면에 흡착되는 것에 의해 상기 게이트 절연체층이 대전되어, 상기 채널의 전기전도도가 변경된다.

생체물질 분석장치 및 이에 적용가능한 자기 센서가 제공된다. 본 생체물질 분석장치는, 자기장 인가부 및 타겟 생체물질을 포획하는 리셉터에 부착된 자성 물질에 의한 자기장 인가부에 인가되는 자기장의 변화를 감지하는 자기 센서를 포함하고, 자기장 인가부에 의해 인가되는 자기장과 자기 센서의 각도는 조정가능하다. 이에 의해, 타겟 생체물질을 포획하는 리셉터에 부착된 자성 물질에 의한 자기장의 변화를 감지 센서로 감지하되 자기장과 자기 센서의 각도가 조정가능할 수 있어, 비교적 높은 감도로 자기장 감지를 분별력 있게 수행할 수 있게 된다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biosensor element for detecting glucose and the biosensor element and a method for detecting glucose using the same are provided to fix a hydrophilic molecular film on a metalloid polymer nancomposite, to generate a compound by inducing covalent bond of graphene oxide, and to improve blood glucose detection. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biosensor element comprises: a step of fixing a hydrophilic molecular film onto a nanocomposite(S110); a step of inducing covalent bond of the nanocomposite and graphene and generating a compound(S120); and a step of modifying glucose oxidase(S130). The nanocomposite is PEG-SIO2@Ag. The hydrophilic molecular film is 3-APTES(3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane). The fixation is performed by fixing 3-APTES on PEG-SIO2@Ag. PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing osteoporosis is provided to save cost for diagnosing osteoporosis and to accurately and simply diagnose osteoporosis. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for diagnosing osteoporosis comprises: a first region for absorbing a sample; a second region which has an antibody of a nanoparticle-conjugated bone marker; and a third region in which an antigen or an antibody of the bone marker is arranged. The antigen of the bone marker is arranged in the third region when the bone marker is competitive immunoassay is applied. The antibody of the bone marker is arranged in the third region when the bone marker is non-competitive immunoassay is applied.
