Abstract: PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film composition is provided to have excellent water resistance and heat resistance, and to improve connection reliability, and to be quickly cured at low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film composition includes a hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy monomer represented by chemical formula 1 or a bisphenol A type epoxy oligomer represented by chemical formula 2; a sulfonium-based hardener; a binder resin; and a conductive particle. In the chemical formulas, n is 1-50. An anisotropic conductive film includes the hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy monomer represented by chemical formula 1 or the bisphenol A type epoxy oligomer represented by chemical formula 2 and has a glass transition temperature of 120 °C or more.
