본 발명은 고체산을 이용한 물 분해에 의한 수소 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 철을 70%이상 함유하는 내압재질로 이루어진 반응기 내부에 고체산 또는 고체산 및 금속의 혼합물을 구비하고, 반응기에 열과 압력이 가해진 상태에서 반응기 내부로 수증기 상태의 물을 투입하여 물을 분해하는 과정을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고체산에 의해 물의 분해 온도를 낮출 수 있고, 낮은 반응 온도 하에서도 물 분해 효율을 향상시켜 수소의 생산량을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 물의 열분해방식에 의한 수소생산의 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 그에 따라, 물의 열분해에 의한 수소생산을 상업화할 수 있다. 고체산, 수소 제조, 물 분해, 가압

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A chemical precipitation method for anion removal under electric field is provided, which can reduce consumption of alumina cement and calcium compounds by 50% compared with that of existing method with higher anion removing efficiency. The method also can get rid of corrosion problems encountered with the using of salt or presence of salt in treated water. CONSTITUTION: The chemical precipitation method is characterized in that under electric field, a mixture of alumina cement and calcium compounds is injected into contaminated water so that anions present in water react with cationic ions released from the mixture to form insoluble complex, wherein the weight ration of alumina cement/calcium compounds is 1.4 to 4.0, the mixture of alumina cement and calcium compounds is injected in an amount of 100 to 450g per one equivalent of anion, the calcium compounds are quick lime or calcium hydroxide, and the intensity of electric current in electric field is 0.01 to 0.5 A.

PURPOSE: Treatment method for chemical mechanical polishing wastewater is provided to remove minute particles of SiO2 suspended in chemical mechanical polishing wastewater by injecting sulfuric acid of 0.001-0.008g/L-wastewater, anion polymer of 0.001-0.008g/L-wastewater, cation polymer of 0.001-0.008g/L-wastewater, and calcium compound of 0.1-1g/L-wastewater as coagulants. Coagulated SiO2 is removed by a membrane. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following continuous steps: (a) injecting sulfuric acid to wastewater in a primary mixing tank(110) and mixing thereof; (b) injecting anion polymer in a secondary mixing tank(120) and mixing thereof; (c) injecting calcium compound in a third mixing tank(130) and mixing thereof; (d) injecting cation polymer in a fourth mixing tank(140) and mixing thereof; and (e) mixing thereof in fifth mixing tank(200). Mixing in primary, secondary, and third mixing tanks(110)(120)(130) is operated in the rate of 200-800 rpm for 3-20 minutes, and in the fourth mixing tank(140) is operated in the rate of 200-800 rpm for 3-10 minutes. And mixing in the fifth mixing tank(200) is operated in the rate of 50-100 rpm for 20-60 minutes.

PURPOSE: A treatment method of wastewater discharged during melamine preparing process is provided to facilitate design and engineering of wastewater treatment system and improve economical efficiency by using inexpensive additives and generating few byproducts. CONSTITUTION: Ammonia is removed from wastewater by aeration under an alkaline condition. Organic pollutants in the wastewater are coagulated by using aluminum sulfate cohesive agent under an acidic condition. Then, the organic pollutants are settled. For the aluminum sulfate cohesive agent, aluminum sulfate, alum or mixture thereof can be used. The treated wastewater may be neutralized using caustic lime.

The long-lasting pesticide fertilizer is prepared by coating more than one layers of the fertilizer granule, which consists of a single layer or multiple layers of fertilizer and pesticide, with basic coating agent by 1-40wt% with respect to the uttermost inner layer. The basic coating agent is obtained by dissolving 0.5-50wt% rosin in a solvent. Additionally the coating agent involves less than 70wt% rosin derivative , less than 20wt% polymeric substance or both of them.
