    Abstract: The apparatus and method measures definitely the fluid speed with a wide range of cm/sec to km/sec by compensating the uncertainty of either the LVD or time of flight measurement method. The apparatus comprises: a laser beam source(1); a beam division means(2) dividing polar components of the laser beam, emitted from the beam source(1), into 4 parallel beams; one focus lens(5) focusing the 4 beams in order to make the same polar beams interfere with each other; the other focus lens(6) focusing scattered beams resulted from the phenomenon of making particles in the fluid pass through the interference pattern formed from the focused beams; an optical detector(7) detecting the scattered beams focused by the lens(6).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a volumetric image and a system thereof are provided to obtain the volumetric image by using one camera device and observe the volumetric image without eye fatigue. CONSTITUTION: An optical device(130) forms images(100a) of subjects(100). A diffuser plate unit(110) reciprocates at a certain distance following an image formed area of the optical device and has a diffuser plate(111) where the images of the subjects are formed. A camera device(120) obtains image information of the images of the subjects formed on the diffuser plate. An image processing unit(150) extracts only the image over a certain sharpness to be processed volumetric image information signal of the subjects. A control unit(140) controls an illuminating device(180), the optical device, the diffuser plate, the camera device, and the image processing unit.
