본 발명은 천연 DNA의 거울상 형태인 L-DNA를 백본으로 하여 제작한 L-DNA 나노 케이지 구조를 갖는 약물 전달체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약물 전달체는 매우 우수한 세포 내 섭취 효율 및 혈청 안정성을 구비하여 다양한 약물을 세포 내로 전달하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a novel 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-thiol derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient. The composition containing the novel 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-thiol derivative according to the present invention can be useful for preventing or treating diseases caused by the overactivity of a Janus kinase (JAK).

Disclosed are multiplexing analysis method for target substance with enhanced signal amplification using gold nanoparticles and a system for the same. The analysis system for the target substance comprises: a supporter; a captor which is fixated to the supporter, and which selectively combines with the target substance; gold nanoparticle complex, fluorescent RNA finder, and ribonucleic acid lyase H. In the complex, the detector, as a different substance from the captor which selectively combines with the target substance, combines with the surface of the gold nanoparticle. In other region of the gold nanoparticle, a plurality of single strand of same deoxyribonucleotides is connected. The fluorescent RNA finder is inherent in a detector-gold nanoparticle complex and includes single strand of ribonucleotides to which fluorophore and quencher for the fluorophore are connected at the end. In the ribonucleotide, hybridization of ribonucleotide including complementary sequence of the deoxyribonucleotide with the above ribonucleotide is occured and fluorescent signals are generated and amplified by hydrolyzing the hybridized output using ribonucleic acid lyase H. PURPOSE: A plasmid for expressing protein containing thioredoxin as a fusion partner is provided to easily remove thioredoxin and to massively produce a target protein. CONSTITUTION: A pET-32-S(-) plasmid contains a multi-cloning site for inserting thioredoxin gene, thrombin recognition site, S-tag coding region, and a gene encoding a target protein. A method for producing the target protein comprises: a step of inserting the gene encoding target protein into a multi-cloning site of a plasmid; a step of transforming the plasmid to E.coli and culturing; and a step of treating thrombine.
