Abstract:
본 발명은 실버잉크를 소프트 몰드에 의하여 전사하여 나노스케일의 선폭을 갖는 실버 전극 패턴을 제조하기 위한 소프트 몰드를 이용한 나노스케일 실버 전극 패턴의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 표면에 몰드 패턴을 구비하는 소프트 몰드를 준비하고, 소프트 몰드의 표면에 마스킹 필름을 부착한다. 몰드 패턴에 30,000cP 이상의 고점도 실버잉크를 충전하고, 마스킹 필름의 표면에 남아있는 실버잉크를 스크랩핑한다. 마스킹 필름을 제거하고, 몰드 패턴에 충전되어 있는 실버잉크를 터치패널의 표면에 전사하여 실버 전극 패턴을 형성한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 몰드 패턴에 충전되어 있는 실버잉크를 터치패널에 전사하여 80㎛ 이하의 선폭을 갖는 실버 전극 패턴을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 나노스케일의 선폭을 갖는 실버 전극 패턴의 정확성과 일치성이 향상되므로, 터치패널에 화학적 처리 없이 저온에서 실버 전극 패턴을 형성할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A device and a method of path planning for multiple moving objects quickly resolve a deadlock or a bottleneck by reducing the operation quantity to avoid collision. CONSTITUTION: The possibility of collision between moving objects is determined by inspecting the existence of a start point or an end point of other moving objects on a computed path (120). When the possibility of the collision exits, the start point or the end point on the computed path is temporarily moved, and then it is inspected whether the possibility of the collision disappears or not (130). A path of the moving object is determined by selectively performing one among a process of temporarily moving the start point or the end point of other moving objects or a process of researching a path without collision by moving the start point of the moving object (140). PURPOSE: A soft mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the width of an edge in the bezel of a mobile phone by shortening a line width, thereby mounting a bigger touch screen panel in the same device where a smaller touch screen panel is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a soft mold comprises the following steps: patterning a photoresist pattern on the surface of a silicon substrate; obtaining a soft mold (50) including a mold pattern (56) capable of charging and injecting a high viscosity fluid by coating a polymer on the silicon substrate surface and then separating the polymer from the silicon substrate; and attaching a masking film (100) on the surface of the soft mold.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hybrid of magnetite nanoparticles and carbonnitride nanotube is provided to obtain the hybrid which is uniformly doped on the surface of the carbonnitride nanotube while maintaining superparamagnetism of the magnetite nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hybrid of magnetite nanoparticles and carbonnitride nanotube comprises the following steps: manufacturing the carbonnitride nanotube through a plasma chemical vapor deposition process; obtaining the mixture by adding steel acetylacetonate to the mixture after dissolving the carbonnitride nanotube in triethyleneglycol; and manufacturing the hybrid of the magnetite nanoparticle and the carbonnitride nanotube in which the magnetite nanoparticle is doped by cooling the mixture.

A frame input method of an electronic paper display device implementing an efficient display at low electricity is provided to use the electricity efficiently by differently applying power in different color in previous frame. A controller authorizes voltage through a driver in a pair of transparent electrodes(S10). The controller maintains the frame(S20). The controller determines the new frame was inputted(S30). When the new frame is inputted, the controller compares the pixel of the new frame and previous frame. The pixel of the changed domain is extracted(S40). The controller authorizes voltage through the driving part to the transparent electrode corresponding to the extracted pixel region. The pixel of the changed frame is recorded(S50).

An apparatus for inputting virtual data and a method thereof are provided to enhance the precision of key input and to realize a virtual mouse, a virtual electronic pen and virtual touch pad in addition to a virtual keyboard by sensing an operation on a plane. A sensor(100) senses an operational signal, and a location calculation unit(200) calculates the location information of an operation point. An input determination unit(300) discriminates a virtual keyboard, a virtual mouse, a virtual electronic pen and a virtual touch pad according to operational characteristics of the operational signal, and generates determination information to enable the data input correspondent to the location information of the location calculating unit. An output unit(400) outputs input data corresponding to the operational signal, the location information of the operation point and the determination information, and a controller(500) controls the sensor, the location calculation unit, the input determination unit and the output unit.

A mobile terminal in a folding type is provided to prevent the damage of a flexible display due to preventing the flexible display from being burned less than minimum curvature radius by a burning unit connected to each display panel of the display. A plurality of foldable main body panels(112, 114, 116) is connected to hinge. A plurality of foldable display panels(212, 214, 216) is connected to hinge. A flexible display(222) is adhered to the upper side of each display panel, receives image signal from the main body and outputs received image. A connection part(300) is rotatable in both direction of the front end of the main body(100).
