PURPOSE: A monitoring camera system operating method, a system thereof, and a camera for the same are provided to reduce the amount of request storing about image information and to increase probability of detection. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cameras(210) monitors the same area. The cameras detect an event within the area. A storing unit(220) stores video information about the event photographed by the cameras. In case the number of cameras which detect the specific event is smaller than the number of the plural cameras, a controlling unit(230) lowers threshold of light quantity for event detection of the camera.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for selecting a back-off counter, an apparatus thereof, and a computer program product on the wireless mesh network are provided to dynamically change a back-off counter of each relay node according to a communication environment of a relay node. CONSTITUTION: A contention window determining unit(930) determines the size of a contention window in order to reduce the size of the contention window of the relay node. A transmission collision sensing unit(940) senses whether to fail transmission attempt by transmission collision. A controlling unit(950) retransmits data traffic until a back-off counter terminates.

본 발명은 다수개의 센서를 이용하여 이동성이 있는 감시 대상에 대해 지속적인 실시간 감시가 가능하도록 한 카메라 핸드오버 실행 방법, 무인 감시 방법 및 시스템, 이를 구현하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 컴류터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 관한 것으로, 상기 카메라 핸드오버 실행 방법은 감시 대상의 이동 경로에 해당하는 센서간 감지 범위가 중첩되는 것에 의해, 이웃한 센서들이 동시에 상기 감시 대상을 감시하도록 함으로써 상기 감시 대상에 대한 지속적인 감시가 가능하다.

PURPOSE: A personalized driving route searching system in the smart grid environment and a method thereof are provided to set automatically the order of priority among the minimum required time, the minimum electric charges, and the driving route for charging by linking with certain information of an individual. CONSTITUTION: A personalized driving route searching system in the smart grid environment includes a scheduler(290) providing certain information including the moving time and position information of an individual; and a navigator setting the order of priority among the driving route of the minimum required time, the driving route of the minimum electric charges, the driving route for charging to the destination provided from the scheduler, and searching the driving route.
