Abstract: A wireless LAN apparatus based on multiple queues is provided to perform transmission scheduling according to channel conditions in consideration of the time varying property of a wireless channel and control a transmission rate adaptively, thereby improving the performance of the wireless LAN apparatus. A wireless LAN(Local Area Network) apparatus includes plural queues(310), a wireless channel estimator, a multiple queue scheduler(320), a channel access controller(330), a physical layer processor(340), and a queue group scheduler. Each of the plural queues stores at least one transmission frame and outputs at least one transmission frame sequentially. The multiple queue scheduler selects at least one of the plural queues based on estimated channel properties. The wireless channel estimator converts the transmission frame, to which channel access parameters are set, into a signal in a physical layer and transmits the converts signal through a wireless channel corresponding to the selected queue. Abstract: An OCHM(Orthogonal Code Hopping Multiplexing) system employing an adaptive beam forming array antenna is provided to prevent transmission quality deterioration due to symbol collision and perforation by applying spatial filtering to an OCHM scheme.
