Abstract: 본 발명은 히트펌프 착상 방지 장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 실외 공기 조건과 실외기 코일에 구비된 착상감지센서와 연동하여 작동하는 보조 송풍기와 보조 열교환기를 통해 가온된 공기를 실외기 코일 하부 양 측면까지 이송시켜주는 송풍라인관과, 송풍라인관과 연결되어 가온된 공기를 상하방향으로 분배시켜 주는 공기분배덕트와, 공기분배덕트와 연결되어 가온된 공기를 실외기 코일 앞면 좌우 방향으로 분배시켜 주는 복수 개의 공기분배튜브와, 공기분배튜브에 가공되어 가온된 공기를 실외기 코일 앞면에 토출, 확산시켜주는 복수 개의 공기분사슬롯과, 공기분배덕트와 공기분배튜브 사이에 복수 개의 전기구동식 밸브를 설치하여 실외기 코일에 장착되어 있는 착상 감지 센서의 착상 감지 신호에 따라 전기구동식 밸브를 선별적으로 � ��폐하여 제상이 시급히 요구되는 실외기 코일 부분에 가온된 공기를 집중, 분사시킴으로서 신속하게 착상을 제거하거나 또는 일정 시간 주기로 전기구동식 밸브를 ON-OFF 제어하여 가온된 공기를 돌아가며 실외기 코일 부분에 분사함으로서 실외기 코일에 발생할 수 있는 서리 생성을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있음은 물론 히트펌프의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An outdoor unit coil of a heat pump and a heat pump using the same are provided to enhance the condensation performance by using an outdoor unit coil as a condenser while cooling and enhance the evaporation performance by using the outdoor unit coil as an evaporator while heating. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit coil of a heat pump performs a heat exchange of outdoor air and refrigerant. The outdoor unit coil comprises a first row coil(260-1) and second row coil(260-2). The first row coil is formed into a dual pipe shape firstly contacted with outdoor air. The second row coil is installed in a side of the first row coil side by side and contacted with the outdoor air relatively later than the first row coil.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flaring expander is provided to improve efficiency and effectiveness of a flaring task by measuring the length of the flared copper pipe easily through grooves and markings. CONSTITUTION: A flaring expander includes a flare bar(210) and an expansion cove(250). A plurality of holes are formed on the flare bar. Abstract: 본 발명은 냉난방 장치 가동시 발생할 수 있는 압축기의 액압축을 방지시키기 위한 새로운 방식의 액냉매 처리방법에 관한 것이다. 종래 냉동사이클의 어큐물레이터는 많은 액냉매가 고여 있거나 한꺼번에 다량의 액냉매가 어큐물레이터에 유입되면 압축기 기동시 액냉매가 압축기로 유입되어 압축기가 파손되는 문제점이 있다. 본 발명은 어큐물레이터가 정상적으로 작동할 수 있는 액냉매보다 더 많은 액냉매가 유입되어 압축기로 액냉매가 유입될 상황이 전개될 경우 레벨 센서가 이를 감지해 어큐물레이터에 설치된 밸브를 개방하여 초과분의 액냉매를 펌프로 보내면 펌프는 액냉매를 압축해 고압 분사노즐로 보낸다. 고압분사노즐은 액냉매를 미립화하여 어큐물레이터 내부 상부에 있는 전열판으로 분사한다. 분사된 미립화 냉매는 전열판과의 열교환을 통해 완전 기화되고 따라서 압축기로 액냉매가 유입되는 것을 사전에 방지하여 액압축이 일어나지 않도록 한 것이다.
