PURPOSE: A receiving device for receiving multiple signals through different paths and a signal processing method thereof are provided to receive multiple signals transmitted through different networks and to synchronize the multiple signals. CONSTITUTION: A first receiving unit (210) receives a first signal through a radio frequency (RF) broadcast network. A second receiving unit (220) receives a second signal through an internet protocol (IP) communications network. A signal processing unit (230) detects synchronization type information from at least one signal of the first signal and the second signal. The signal processing unit selects synchronization information corresponding to the synchronization type information in the synchronization information included in the first signal and the second signal. The signal processing unit synchronizes the first signal and the second signal according to selected synchronization information.
