Abstract: PURPOSE: A damping control device filled with MR fluid and an engine mount comprising the same are provided to reduce volume and heating value through shortening a flow passage or being operated by relatively low current. CONSTITUTION: A damping control device filled with MR fluid comprises a lower core(10), an orifice(20), an upper core(30), and a membrane(60). The lower core comprises an upper plate and a lower plate in an outer ring. The orifice is coupled with the inner side of the outer ring and installed in a connection portion. The upper core is composed to have space between a pressurizing plate and the upper plate and face the pressurizing plate and the upper plate each other. The membrane is made of elastic materials and coupled with the lower core for blocking the lower side of the lower core.

Abstract: A disc brake device is provided to improve braking performance since brake pads positioned at two sides of a disc rotor make contact with the disc rotor at the same time. A disc brake device comprises plural brake pads(14), lever units(16), a piston(18), and a pressure room. The brake pads are placed inside a caliper housing(10) and divided into the left and the right of a disc rotor(12). The lever units connect the brake pads by a pair to cross each other around the disc rotor. The piston supplies the pressure force to the left and right brake pads placed at one side of the disc rotor. The pressure room supplies the operation pressure to the piston from one side of the caliper housing. The brake pads consist of a left front panel and a left rear pad separated from the inside of the disc rotor around the disc rotor, and a right front pad and a right rear pad separated at the outside of the disc rotor.

Abstract: A fluid filled mount is provided to control a flow rate running from an upper chamber to a lower chamber through fluid contained in the chambers and temperature of vibration-proof rubber thereby maintaining constant NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) performance. A fluid filled mount(100) comprises a vibration-proof rubber(110), a chamber in which fluid is filled, and an orifice plate(170) partitioning the chamber into an upper chamber(150) and a lower chamber(160). The orifice plate is provided at the inside thereof with an orifice, which communicates to the upper chamber with the lower chamber, and a flow control unit for controlling an amount of the fluid transferred through the orifice. The flow control unit responds to the temperature of the fluid such that the flow rate is able to control. A negative pressure assisting apparatus for a brake booster comprises a driving cam(11) formed at a driving shaft(10) in a transmission. A negative pressure generator(20) receives driving force from the driving cam to generate negative pressure. A switch valve(30) operates by negative pressure transferred to the brake booster from an intake manifold such that the switch valve transfers the driving force of the driving cam. A negative pressure hose is connected to ends of the negative pressure generator and the switch valve and is connected to a connection section that connects the intake manifold with the brake booster.

Abstract: An engine mount for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise by tracking and damping a main component of vibration noise of a vehicle verified by a rotation plate and by outputting an opposed phase of various conditions by controlling a rotation speed of a motor and a rotation direction. In an engine mount for a vehicle filled with fluid inside a chamber(12), the engine mount comprises: rubber forming an upper surface of the chamber; a vibrator plate(11) forming a lower surface of the chamber; a driving unit controlling vibration of the vibrator plate. The drive plate is connected to the rubber forming an upper surface of the chamber and forms a floor surface of the chamber. In addition, a bracket(13) for link connection is attached on a bottom surface of the chamber. In a lower portion of the drive plate a rotation plate(14) and a motor are installed at a regular interval. The rotation plate is connected to the drive plate by a link(16) and whose center is connected to a motor shaft(15a) for rotating the rotation plate. The link converts rotation motion into straight line motion and transmits force to the drive plate. A lower end unit of the link is joined by pin to be eccentric in one side of the rotation plate, in this time, a bearing is fitted into a lower end of the link for smooth rotation of a pin.
