Abstract: PURPOSE: A retainer assembly for an engine intake and exhaust valve is provided, which improves valve rotation by removing friction. CONSTITUTION: A retainer assembly for an engine intake and exhaust valve comprises a retainer housing(7), a bearing(8), a valve cotter(11), and a snap ring(10). The retainer housing is supported by a spring(4) while surrounding a valve stem(5a) which forms the top end portion of a valve. A valve is operated on the locker(2) by the medium of a locker arm(3). A bearing is combined with the retainer housing. The valve cotter surrounds the inside diameter while being adhered closely to the single groove(5b) formed in the valve stem. The snap ring is inserted into the retainer housing. The snap ring is assembled with the base plate(9). The base plate supports the bearing.

Abstract: A closed crankcase ventilation for a diesel engine of a vehicle is provided to improve oil filtering capacity and prevent engine error by installing an internal separator, rotating in a reverse direction with a blow-by gas inflow direction, inside a housing. A closed crankcase ventilation for a diesel engine of a vehicle comprises: a housing(11) in which a blow-by gas inlet(12), a gas outlet(13) and an oil outlet(14) are formed; a cover(15) installed on the top of the housing; a crankcase(16) installed at the inside center of the housing; a diaphragm(17) which is installed at the upper part inside the crankcase and is supported to a spring(18); and an internal separator(20) rotating in the inside of the housing in a reverse direction with a blow-by gas inflow direction inside a housing. A reversed cone type separating portion(11a) is formed in the lower part of the housing.
