Abstract: A structure for mounting a bumper of a vehicle is provided to assemble the bumper easily without lowering of appearance by installing a mounting guide to a vehicle body panel near a combination lamp housing panel. A hook type fitting end(16) is integrally formed in a bumper(15), and a mounting guide(2) is installed to a vehicle body panel(14) near a combination lamp housing panel(13) and composed of a supporting part(3) and a fitting sill(6) to be combined with the fitting end. The mounting guide is bent to combine the fitting end with the fitting sill elastically, and a bent piece(5) is elastically fitted between a couple of supporting parts through a penetration hole(4) and protruded partially. Plural ribs(7) are formed at both sides of the supporting parts to bear the supporting parts. A projection is formed in the mounting guide and contacted to a stepped part of the penetration hole of the combination housing panel to elastically arrange the bent piece.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bumper fixing structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and to improve productivity by fixing the side of a bumper cover to a panel by using only one retainer. CONSTITUTION: A clip(23) is integrated with a vertical unit(21) formed at an L-shaped retainer body(20). Elastic support units(24,24') have a fitting protrusion(26), and are integrated with a horizontal unit(22). The clip is inserted into a coupling hole(2) formed at a panel(1). The fitting protrusion is inserted into coupling holes(15,15') formed at a flange(11) in a bumper cover(10). Thus, the horizontal unit is supported on the bottom of the flange.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rear bumper module for a vehicle is provided to remove a space to install an absorber between a cover and a back beam and to remove a fixing bracket by fixing the back beam to a hook of a spacer between the cover and the back beam. CONSTITUTION: A rear bumper module(10) for a vehicle comprises a cover(110), a spacer(120) and a back beam(130). The cover covers a whole rear lower portion of a vehicle body. The spacer is welded to an inner surface of the cover. The spacer is made of synthetic resin. Hooks(121) are formed to both sides of the spacer. The back beam is fixed to an inner surface of the spacer by the hook. Thereby, manufacturing cost is reduced by using the spacer instead of an energy absorber.

Abstract: A hydrogen safety exhausting system of a fuel cell vehicle is provided to prevent outbreak of fire by controlling the density of the non-reacted hydrogen which is remained in a fuel cell system into 4% or lower. A hydrogen safety exhausting system of a fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell stack, a humidifier unit(14), an exhaust line, and a hydrogen exhaust tank. The fuel cell stack has a plurality of fuel cells for converting chemical energy into electrical energy. The humidifier unit humidifies the fuel cell stack. The exhaust line is equipped with an exhaust valve for discharging non-reacted hydrogen discharged from the fuel cell stack. The hydrogen exhaust tank is arranged on the exhaust line, and mixes the non-reacted hydrogen with air to the density lower than the level of density causing firing and discharges the mixture.
