본발명은방열성필러가충진된방열층을층간에삽입함으로써, 방열층을통해배터리에서발생되는열을효과적으로방출시켜배터리패키지의수명을연장시키고, 이의안정성을확보할수 있는배터리케이스용복합소재및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 또한, 본발명은방열성필러가충진되지않은니트층을증간에삽입함으로써, 기존의방열성복합소재의경우방열성필러의고충진으로인해발생되는기계적물성저하를방지할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A battery package filled with phase transition materials is provided to have an effective heat radiation function, and to have excellent heat controlling performance. CONSTITUTION: A battery package is a case for accommodating a battery cell, and has an upper case(100) and a lower case surrounding the battery cell. The upper and/or lower case is repetitively bent with a constant space between each other, and comprises: upper sheets(111,211) which has protrusion parts(111a,211a) for inserting a plurality of phase transition materials, and is protruded in one direction; lower sheets(112,212) attached to the upper sheets; and the phase transition materials filled into a gap between the protrusion parts and the lower sheets. PURPOSE: A transparent heater using a carbon nano tube yarn and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control the property of a transparent heater according to the purpose of use by forming an electrode terminal layer and a lead line and controlling the thickness and arrangement space of the carbon nano tube yarn. CONSTITUTION: Conductive heating lines(14) of multiple rows are made of carbon nano tube yarns. The conductive heating lines of multiple rows are formed on one side of a transparent substrate(12) as a binder. An electrode terminal layer(16) is attached to both sides of the transparent substrate. The electrode terminal layer is electrically connected to the conductive heating lines of the multiple rows. A power source is connected to the electrode terminal layer.

PURPOSE: An indicator cover for a vehicle using an in-mold decoration film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form various patterns on the indicator cover and to control gloss and color. CONSTITUTION: An indicator cover for a vehicle using an in-mold decoration film comprises a cover body(30) and an in-mold decoration film(10). The cover body is injection-molded using polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene resin. The in-mold decoration film has a decoration frame pattern(14), a shift gear display pattern(16), and a sport mode display pattern(18). The decoration frame pattern decorates the edge of a passage(12) of a gear lever.

A manufacturing method of an automobile bonnet is provided to reduce a manufacturing process by manufacturing an inner panel and an outer panel respectively and attaching them with an adhesive. A manufacturing method of an automobile bonnet comprises the steps of: putting raw material mixed with polyamide 66 and glass fibers into an injection molding machine and melting it, inserting a striker(2) made of metal into a mold for manufacturing an inner panel(1), and manufacturing the inner panel by using resin(S1); putting raw material mixed with ABS resin and PMMA resin into the injection molding machine and melting it, and manufacturing an outer panel(10) with a mold for manufacturing the outer panel by using synthetic resin(S2); withdrawing the molded inner panel from the mold and assembling a bracket hinge(7) made of metal in both sides of the rear of the inner panel(S3); moving the inner panel assembled with a stroker and a hinge bracket made of metal to an adhesive coating unit, and coating an adhesive to adhesive coating parts(5,9) formed in periphery of a coupling part of the inner panel and the middle of each protrusion part(3)(S4); putting the outer panel in an upper surface of the inner panel coated with the adhesive and compressing the outer panel(S5); and completing a bonnet by adhering the inner panel to the outer panel and fixing it(S6).

본 발명은 반응압출법에 의한 점토 분산 폴리올레핀 나노복합재의 제조방법과 이로부터 제조된 나노복합재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유기점토, 고분자량의 폴리올레핀수지, 무수말레인산(Maleic anhydride) 또는 비닐옥사졸린 (vinyl oxazoline)의 관능성 단량체 및 라디칼 개시제를 반응압출하여 복합재료를 제조하고, 상기에서 제조된 복합재료와 고분자량의 폴리올레핀수지를 반응압출하는 2단계 공정으로 나노복합재를 제조하여 유기점토의 분산성이 월등하게 개선되고, 열적 및 기계적 물성이 향상된 점토 분산 폴리올레핀 나노복합재의 제조방법과 이로부터 제조된 나노복합재에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 자동차의 테일게이트 제작용 지그에 관한 것으로, 베이스판(11)과, 이 베이스판(11)의 상부에 설치되어 아우터패널의 외곽부를 받쳐주는 외곽 받침부(12)와, 아우터패널의 윈도우글래스가 설치될 홀의 테두리 부분을 받쳐주는 홀 받침부(13) 및, 아우터패널의 하부 중심부분을 받쳐 주는 수개의 중앙 받침부(14)로 이루어지는 지그 하형(10)과; 상기 지그 하형(10)의 상부에 얹혀지며, 지그 하형(10)의 각 구성부에 대응되는 베이스판(21), 외곽 가압부(22), 홀 가압부(23) 및 중앙 가압부(24)로 이루어지는 지그 상형(20)으로 구성되며, 상기 지그 하형(10)과 지그 상형(20)은 에폭시블록(B)으로 제작된다. 따라서, 제작에 드는 시간과 비용이 절감되고, 열경화성 플라스틱 복합재로 이루어진 아우터패널과 인너패널의 접합공정에 적절히 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for molding a window of a prototype vehicle is provided to reduce the weight of the window by using polycarbonate resin, and to save heating energy by capable of lowering heat applied to the polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for molding a window of a prototype vehicle comprises the steps of: heating sheet type polycarbonate resin(10) over 100 degrees centigrade; fitting an outer frame(11) into the edge of the polycarbonate resin and pressing the polycarbonate resin mounted with the outer frame by a simple mold(20) having only a lower mold; injecting high-pressure air upward by an air injecting unit(23) through a penetrated portion(22) formed at the middle part of the simple mold; cutting the molded product; and drilling a window holder hole in the molded product. The simple mold includes plate members(21) coupled to each other and having various curvatures, and the penetrated portion. The air injecting unit is mounted under the penetrated portion.

PURPOSE: A method for producing a tailgate of a vehicle is provided to simplify processes and reduce the number of molds by completing a forming process with one pressing process by heating and pressurizing plastic, to simplify a bonding process by using an adhesive agent, and to easily produce a jig and cut down cost by forming the jig with epoxy blocks. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a tailgate of a vehicle is composed of steps of cutting a thermosetting plastic sheet into a basic shape; putting the cut thermosetting plastic sheet into a mold produced to a final shape of the tailgate, heating and pressurizing the plastic sheet for a predetermined time, and forming the plastic sheet into an outer panel and an inner panel(40); and bonding the outer and inner panels by putting the outer panel on a lower jig mold(10), the inner panel including a junction unit attached with an adhesive agent thereon, and then covering and pressurizing the inner panel with an upper jig mold.
