Abstract:
본 발명은 차량용 파킹브레이크 장치의 조작레버 구조로서, 이 조작레버(4)는 ㄷ자 형상의 이중레버(2a,2b)와 손잡이부(3)를 갖추고, 이의 끝단부위가 지지브라켓트(1)에 힌지식 회동이 가능하게 취부되며, 이 손잡이부(3)에는 해제용 보턴(5)이 캠(6)에 연결되고, 이 캠(6)의 양측단쪽에 연결된 밀대(7)는 양쪽이중레버(2a,2b)에서 스프링들(8)을 매개로 탄발지지되어 이의 끝단부에 회동용 록크(9)가 설치됨에 따라 파킹브레이크 제동조작력이 좌우바퀴에 정확하게 전달될 뿐만 아니라 간단한 구조로 인해 조작기구의 부품수가 저감되는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A lever unit of parking brake and a seat operating system in a seat rotation vehicle is provided to improve assembling performance and to reduce the weight by reducing the parts, and to improve the transfer efficiency of working stroke of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A lever unit of parking brake in a seat rotation vehicle controls a ratchet by operating a stopper lever(30) through an actuator(20) to set and release a parking lever(10) of a seat rotation vehicle. The lever unit of parking brake is installed between the actuator and stopper lever and comprises a cable(40) having a core within. A seat operating system in a seat rotation vehicle comprises a switch positioned at the seventh thread of the ratchet tooth, a release switch connected with the switch in series and positioned at the predetermined location of the seat, an actuator connected with the switch and release switch in series, and a seat actuator connected to the actuator in parallel. The seat actuator is released just when the switch is on.
