Abstract: 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치는 서브 프레임에 설치되는 스태빌라이저 바의 양단과 서스펜션 암 사이를 연결하는 스태빌라이저 링크의 서스펜션 암 상의 연결점 위치를 가변하여 스태빌라이저 바의 비틀림 강성을 변화시킴으로써 능동적으로 롤을 제어하는 액티브 롤 컨트롤 장치에 있어서, 상기 서스펜션 암의 상에 형성되는 하우징부의 내부에 차폭방향을 따라 슬라이드 레일을 구성하고, 상기 슬라이드 레일을 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되는 커넥터를 상기 스태빌라이저 링크의 하단과 연결하여 상기 스태빌라이저 링크의 하단을 차폭방향으로 안내하는 슬라이딩 유닛; 전후진 구동하는 구동축이 푸시로드를 통하여 상기 커넥터와 연결되어 전후진 구동력을 제공하도록 상기 서브 프레임 상에 설치되는 구동원을 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An active roll control system is provided to actively improve the roll movement of a vehicle by changing the rigidity value of a stabilizer bar according to the drive condition of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An active roll control system comprises a stabilizer bar, a stabilizer link, a rail plate(7), a connector(9), a drive motor(11), and a cover(13). The stabilizer bar is installed in a sub frame in a vehicle body side through a mounting bush. The stabilizer link is connected to the front end of the stabilizer bar through a ball joint. The rail plate is installed in an internal space part through the opening of an upper arm(5). The connector is guided along the rail plate through a roller bearing(19) and is connected to one end of the stabilizer link. The drive motor is fastened to the inner side end(25) of the upper arm and meshes with a screw hole(SH) to linearly drive the connector along the rail plate. The cover is joined to the rail plate and is fastened to the opening of the upper arm.

CONSTITUTION: An active roll control system comprises a stabilizer bar, a stabilizer link(3), a sliding unit, and a driving source. The sliding unit comprises a slide rail(23), a connector(25), and a plurality of rollers(31). The slide rails are equipped in the both sides inside the housing unit of a lower arm in the stabilizer link along the width direction of a vehicle. The connector are arranged to correspond to both side slide rails inside the housing unit. The connector is connected to the end of a push rod and the lower end of the stabilizer link at the same time through a double ball joint(2BJ). The push rod is connected to the motor driving shaft of the driving source. A roller is rotatably installed in the roller installation groove(37) of the connector through a roller pin(33) by a rolling contact with the rail groove(35) of each slide rail.

Abstract: A device for varying stiffness of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle is provided to actively change a supporting point between two ends of the stabilizer bar and a stabilizer bar bush, thereby capable of restricting different kinds of rolling of the vehicle. A device for varying stiffness of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle comprises a guide hole(21), an input unit(50), an inner pipe member(70), an actuator(80), and a controller(90). The slit-shaped guide hole is penetrated between two ends of the stabilizer bar and a stabilizer bar bush(20). The input unit senses roll of the vehicle when driving or cornering the vehicle. The inner pipe member is aligned in the stabilizer bar along longitudinal direction. One end of the inner pipe member directing an end of the stabilizer bar is penetrated with the guide hole and assembled to the stabilizer bar. The actuator is fixed in the stabilizer bar and integrally assembled to the other end of the inner pipe member where an assembling pin member(61) is not penetrated. The actuator rectilinearly moves the inner pipe member in accordance with length. The controller receives a signal from the input unit, judges roll side of the vehicle and controlling the actuator in accordance with roll size.
