Abstract:
가스 절연 개폐 장치의 부분 방전 감지에 이용되는 SWNT(Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube)-UHF(Ultra High Frequency) 융합 센서 및 이를 이용한 가스 절연 개폐 장치의 부분 방전을 검출하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 방법은 UHF 센서를 이용하여 GIS 내부에서 발생되는 고조파를 감지하는 단계; SWNT 센서를 이용하여 SF 6 가스의 이온 또는 기(radical)로 분해되어 생성되는 생성물들 중 하나 이상을 감지하는 단계; 및 UHF 센서 및 SWNT 센서 각각의 감지 결과를 기초로 상기 GIS의 부분 방전 여부를 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.
Abstract:
A SWNT-uhf combined sensor and gas insulated switchgear using the same is provided to secure high sensitivity detection while realize measurement frequency band of the UHF sensor in low cost. A SWNT-UHF combined sensor and gas insulated switchgear using the same is comprised of steps: sensing harmonic generated inside of the GIS by utilizing a UHF sensor(S101); sensing more than one of ion of the SF6 gas or products which are disassembled to the ion by utilizing the SWNT sensor(S102); deciding whether partial discharge of the GIS is generated or not based on the UHF sensor and the result of the SWNT sensor.

Provided are a composite laminate which is a self-assembly structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite laminate includes graphene and a thermoelectric inorganic material. An ionic bond is formed between the graphene and the thermoelectric material. Also, provided are a thermoelectric material including the composite laminate, a thermoelectric device including the same, a thermoelectric module including the thermoelectric device, and a thermoelectric apparatus including the same.
